Good pizza. A good version of thin crust, but not my favorite.Overall, not a bad price for a lunch either.
This is the best pizza I’ve had since I moved to Jacksonville 3 years ago! I don’t know how I never heard of them! Pizza was super thin and crispy, and they do not skimp on the toppings! Reminds me of one of the pizza places from my childhood that I can no longer get since I’ve moved. We will definitely be returning very soon!
Food is horrible!!! Called once we received our delivery and they literally told me too bad so sad. Pizza was burnt, order was wrong. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER With THEM THEY DO NOT GIVE A DARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brittany especially had the worse attitude. This is not Uber eats fault, all they do is deliver the food. They did not burn the pizza and make the wrong order.
Our office ordered the large pepperoni thin crust. It was enough for the three of us to enjoy, satisfy our appetite, and have left overs. Although it was hard not to finish it. I really enjoyed that the pizza wasn't overly greasy and tasted fresh. It was a perfect lunch that didn't weigh you down for the rest of the work day.

My first visit. There is limited seating and all the tables and floor were dirty. The young lady who greeted us and took our order was a soft speedy talker. I had a hard time hearing and understanding her. I am hearing impaired and I tried to explain it to her but she didn't want to listen. My husband is not hearing impaired but he also couldn't understand her. She was nice. She just needs to slow down and speak up. We ordered large Italian Trio. Which has pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, wings and bottled drinks. It took about 25 mins to get our food. They were pretty steady with walk-in customers and a couple of drive thru. The pizza is very good. I would say above average for chain pizza. The wings were just frozen Tyson style with buffalo sauce tossed on. I would say this. If your thinking of a chain store pizza... Yes get Donatos if you want great pizza. Go to a local pie shop.

Fantastic pizza and lots of options. Not a chain style pizza at all. Very friendly staff as well. My only disappointment was that this location is at Jax Beach and we live in Mandarin. But we were excited last week to see that Donato’s banner go up 2 minutes from our house. We’ll be regulars at your upcoming Old St Augustine Road location.
