Ordering box broken in drive thru! Long wait in line. Person taking my order didn't know what they were doing! Food good! Service not so much!
Best Soft Serve and Ice Cream Treats at Beaches. Still Drive Thru Only,Due to staffing.
Terrible, if I could give it a negative star I would. Was served soup in a cup when I order a blizzard. Have been going for years but quality has definitely gone down the toilet. Won’t be going back.
Only drive through was open..... pandemic has been over for some time now..... we are always on our bikes to save mother earth so we were not able to get ice cream from this location.
Hamburgers came out spicy which is strange cause we didn't order them that way...told manager...he acted like he didn't care....
my husband and I were there today and ordered a medium vanilla cone for himself and a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup small Blizzard for me. His medium cone was not a medium. And my Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard? Had less than 1 Cup of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in it! All it was was a small Blizzard of vanilla ice cream with a half of one Reese's peanut butter cup chopped up in there so tiny I could not even taste the peanut butter. For $8.05, that was completely unsatisfactory.
Well the ice cream was great but the fried food tasted bad. It tasted like the oil from the fryer needed to be changed. It was awkward bc the doors were locked at noon so we at first thought they were closed. They weren't and a man who worked there let us in the 1st time, but locked the door behind us. It was weird that we were locked in. I had to run out to the car and again the worker unlocked the door to let me out. When I got back from the car, which took like 2mins, the door was again locked and the coworker wasn't there and a little boy eating got up to let me in. Then they didn't give me a receipt it was the ticket from the kitchen so when I called to complain the manager gave me a number to call that didn't work. I had to call corporate bc each dairy queen us owned individually. Now I qm waiting fit them to call me back. This is ridiculous, if you put you name on a company if the smaller one isn't doing a good job, it should be handled promptly. I have yet to hear back and when I asked what happens if they don't call, which they didn't, they didn't have an answer. At first I justvwanted to get the kitchen replaced but now I just want my money and to forget this whole experience and only return if I want ice cream. No hot good and jo going inside.
It was busy but the customer service was not great. Attitude and eye rolling I believe it was even the manager that acted like that towards me. Not happy, but the ice cream was on point (it was good)
Went through drive through. Employee wasn't rude but wasn't overly friendly. Did her job, helped when I asked for extra napkins or such but nothing special. I had a $40 order but neglected to give me a receipt. I was getting 3 drinks, 2 sundaes, and a blizzard and had to ask if I wanted a drink tray. Hmmm, yes, please. Food was good.
My Blizzard was melted, behind the counter was dirty, staff was throwing away as much ice cream as they were serving and cursing at each other loudly.Poor experience.
