One of the best Chipotle I have ever visited. Great quality food and very prompt in keeping up the pickup time.
Just so dirty, tables are not cleaned, all garbages are full, food counter is extremely dirty. Who is the manager of this place? Needs to train the employees. Who is the franchise of this store? Do something!!
The teenagers running this place are absolutely horrible. They have a whole tub of guacamole. Tell me I can't have any because it is all paid for by online orders. Ok, no problem. I will order a large guacamole online. Thank you.
I just ordered lunch for my office staff. When we went to pick up from store the Employees were extremely rude, order was incomplete, and there was much attitude when asked about the order. Restaurant was in disarray and staff seemed overworked and undertrained. It was sad to see a place we have come to really enjoy, operating so poorly.
Used to love chipotle. This place sucks now. Walked up to the door in Jax beach, fl and said they’re only accepting online orders for some reason and had doors locked. Had to have another customer inside show me they’re was another door around back that was unlocked to even get in if you placed an online order. Makes no sense why their line wouldn’t be running. People in there waiting for online orders like they were open normally. Took forever. I’ve gone to chipotle for years and I’m done for good now
I like the bowl which has mixed stuff!Ordered cheese quesadilla for my kids and they didn’t heat it up to milt the cheese. When asked for heating it up the girl working there said can’t take it because you opened it !Sounds ridiculous because how would i know the cheese wasn’t melted if I did not open it.
On 3/23 I went into Chipotle to grab a chicken quesadilla. I was told by the gentleman behind the counter that they no longer make quesadillas for adults and if I wanted one I would have to order a kids meal and it can only be cheese no chicken. I asked if he could please make one and he said "NO"! The Manger says that we are who longer allowed to make adult quesadillas and we definitely can't add chicken to them. I'm not certain why this is but, I guess that it is something that I have to except and while I understand that stores frequent change their policies, I do not understand why the gentleman behind the counter had to be so rude. I will not be visiting that chipotle any more number one because they no longer sell the one thing that I like and number two because the customer service is HORRIBLE!
Absolutely pitiful. Ice cold food, barely any chips and food. the burrito was rolled into a pile of mush. I am so dissatisfied with the quality of the food at 730 pm. Luckily I had a microwave and chips from the grocery store. That was the last time I will give chipotle “another chance”
Don’t ever post negative reviews. But I work overnights in the nursing department at Mayo Clinic. I always have to call in my pick up orders because I put everything on the side, so I’m able to reheat it later. Had two rude girls tell me they don’t do pickup orders over the phone anymore. Even after I explained my situation. The online ordering system doesn’t allow for me to put everything on the side. I’ve never had a problem in the past ordering over the phone. The automated message system even says, we can do pickup orders on the phone, but not delivery. Chipotle is a take out place, kind of crazy I can’t place an order over the phone.
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews for a chipotle but this one has some type of issue every time I visit. They’re either out of rice, beans, lettuce or aren’t taking cash. Not sure if it’s a management issue or a company wide one but it’s just annoying. I asked for very light sour cream and this is what I got…: come on.
