I came to this location and upon entering there was only one person in the front area, she was serving food, bartending, seating etc so it was only one section open. My son and I went to the rest room and were washing our hands when a kitchen worker walks out of the stall and without stopping he walked out of the restroom without washing his hands, He may have washed his hands inside of the handicapped stall but perception is everything when it comes to customer service (I didn’t hear the water running) he walked slowly past the womens bathroom looking inside (my wife and daughter were at the sink) and he went right back into the kitchen. While walking back to my seat he looked at me and smiled while leaning against the counters that peoples food was on in the kitchen! This was horrendous!
It’s very evident of the lack of attention to detail for in person and online ordering. They don’t care who picks up the order just that something goes out. I’ve ordered COUNTLESS times from this location, to Legitimately get something wrong with every order I put in.You’d think they would be diligent in checking with take out orders, making sure they go to the ACTUAL person who ordered it. But no, it’s a quick here ya go, and no care as to what it is. No confirmation.Wrong wing count, wrong side, completely wrong order. Nothing ever comes out right.Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
We came on a night when an advertised band program deal. They didn't have enough staff. The host didn't even start a wait list until I asked him several times. All the guy said was "that's a good idea, I never thought of that." Then took several other times to mention the list. Horrible experience just waking in the door. I suggest go to a different Chili's if possible.
Bar / Bar tables are convenient and service is good. Presidente Magaritas are great!Guacamole is excellent!
Came in for a late lunch on Saint Patrick day ordered the big bacon bite burger and 2 2for1 house margaritas. It was the best and biggest burger I've had in awhile. I will be eat at chillis more often now.
Like this Chili's because we have a lovely server that we ask for every visit. The food is consistently good but we get the same couple of choices---Ancho Skinny Salmon or Santa Fe Grilled chicken salad; Chicken Fajitas or Old Timer Burger. Sadly they have moved to cooking burgers medium well---too well done now. Also, this location is really in need of a face-lift and thorough cleaning.
I'm not even upset anymore, but I had to leave a review of my experience today. I won't go back to this location. I ordered online (Southwest Salad) & went to pick it up. It's lunch time so of course I'm expecting some delay in getting my order. (I used to be a server) I wasn't greeted after checking in the togo pick up slot. I waiting in my car for 15 minutes, after no one came came out to greet me I went inside to get my order. I waited another 5 minutes without being acknowledged on what I was waiting for. Eventually I get my order & I'm rushing back to work. I open my bag there was more tomatoes than lettuce, no cheese & 5 shrimp. My container was partially opened with a greasy sauce on it & I didn't get any dressing that I asked for. I called 2 times to discuss my disappointment of my order & didn't get an answer. At this point I won't call back, I'm so disappointment on how others that work with people, treat others.

The service was exceptional and the food was good. The rice was a little over cooked though and the sweet tea a little light for my tastes. My chair rocked significantly. Overall good experience though.
Great food and service from the girl bartender that rode her girlfriend 883 super fun and very nice atmosphere highly recommend this one for sure; €
