Ordered breakfast online at 10am. Got there at 10:35 by the time I got through the long drive thru line and they said they saw the order but don’t have it anymore because breakfast ended. So nobody makes the order??? It also charged my card? If you’re going to offer online ordering you can’t just cancel an order that was placed during breakfast time.
This location is usually on point, but the last several times i've gone has missed the mark. Ordered egg white grill recently and got to my office and had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit- (which i didn't even know was available) that went promptly into the trash. Ordered another today and has no cheese, which could be something you let the guest know.
Usually at lunch this place is pretty on point but off peak the workers seemed wore out. The car in front of us diddnt get an item and had to park and go in as well as us. They forgot 2 things, so I had to park, grab 2 kids out of their car seats to run in and get the sandwich and fries. A little annoying but the food was good and I think they were just having an off time.
I love how close this location is to my house but they need to get a new fries guy. They consistently short me on my large fries! Large fries at this location is equivalent to a kids menu fry at any other location ???♂️
This location “doesn’t offer well done” Fries and tater tots are consistently soggy and not crispy and the employees will literally not serve you well done ANYTHING. First time a CFA has told me this EVER. Find a place who cares less about profit and more about the customer.
Drive through. Didn't get all the items I asked for, got things I didn't even ask for. Sandwich wasnt plain as asked. Least the sweet tea was good this time. But overpaid 7$ just for disappointment
The service is always exceptional as with most Chick Fil As. Thanks for the warm welcome, happy faces, fast and delicious food.
I’ve never been to a more rude Chick-fil-A in my life. Rachel in the drive thru was more worried about talking and drinking her drink. We then got to the window and, I told them we’ve never had such horrible service and they laughed. There is a reason people come to Chick-fil-A. We then were told to pull-up and, as we waited on two chicken sandwiches and a kids meal. 6+ cars behind us got their food. Shannon was the manager on duty and said she would speak to the girl’s. I’m sure they make good money here but, it’s the worst one in Jacksonville.
Love the food and service here. This experience actually happened in my apartment complex Ocean Park of Ponte Vedra on 4235 Marsh Landing Boulevard today (02/08/22) @ 3:45 PM. A teenage girl was driving their “Chick-fil-A delivery car” and almost rammed into my car because she ran the stop sign at the front of our apartment complex. She didn’t look for any oncoming cars before running it either and seemed to be on her phone. They need to be looking into whose driving their company vehicles, a nasty accident could have occurred today.
Chelsea was incredibly rude, I ordered a mobile order pick up and followed instructions on the app to pull up to the window to let the staff know I was present. Chelsea then yelled and spoke down to me that we needed to check into the voice box. She continued to yell at me that I would have to go back around the whole building and go back to the speaker to "check in". She continued to reprimand the client (myself) with a very unfriendly and rude demeanor. I have never experienced this at CFA and was shocked this location would have someone so unkind and disrespectful to a customer. I was honestly scared about the integrity of my food after the way she spoke to me. I really hope CFA takes Chelsea's actions seriously as I will not be returning to this location.
