Second time in three visits where hair was found in my food. This time was a 12-14" long black hair woven into the cheese, beans, and shredded chicken. After returning for a refund I'm told " no one on the premises knows how to issue a refund...i will have to return tomorrow and MAYBE someone can help with a refund..."How is this even possible?Regardless, someone needs a hairnet in the kitchen. It really makes me question the overall cleanliness of the entire establishment. I understand these things will happen but twice back to back is unacceptable. Sorry but not sorry Casa Maria...we will not be returning.

I go to Casa Maria in Durbin Creek faithfully once per week. They NEVER LET ME DOWN. I knew I shouldn’t be unfaithful to that location. This location was very unpleasant to say the least. The food here was disgusting. Not only that but the rice & beans were smaller than a kids meal portion. I’m not exaggerating, they served me literally 1/4 cup of rice, 1/3 cup to the MAX. What kind of portion is that? I would expect a side portion of rice & beans to be much more than that! The margaritas are HALF the size of the other location for the same price. I wish I had a picture to upload but I didn’t even think to take one because you could see more bare plate than food on my plate and that’s quite embarrassing. The chips were not hot and there weren’t many in the basket. Despite having table of 6, they only brought one basket of chips rather than 2. We had to keep asking for chips as well as drinks because the waiter wouldn’t check and he’d run away so fast every time he dropped something off to the table. I was extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this location at all.

Food is OK. Service is terrible! Instead of silverware, our server gave us each a small shrink-wrapped pack with very flimsy plastic fork, knife, and spoon, and tiny napkin (the kind you get in an airport). The plastic utensils were so flimsy that they couldn't even hold the food. The other time we ate there, the server gave us our food without any utensils; we had to wait for 5 minutes to get them. The only reason to go there is the Blue Jay listening room; however, next time we go to the listening room we'll eat elsewhere.

Don’t use the order online portal. I placed a $40 order and when I went to pick it up I was told they never received it and I need to call a certain number on the portal to get a refund (no number listed to call other than the restaurant). I asked if they can still make my food since I already paid for it and was told no. When I asked for a manager he was not present so they called and he suggested that they make my food for me so I did get my meal after waiting an extra 15 min for them to make it. Just call ahead to see if the online portal is fixed or just call in general to place a To go order

We were in town with some friends and hoping to get some good, quality Tex-Mex and were a little disappointed. First off, the service was pretty poor. We were told to pick any table, which we did. It seemed like it took a while for the restaurant to realize we were there and take our order. Our friends ordered margaritas and they mentioned they were some of the worst margaritas they had. In addition, we ordered their cheese dip. They either didn't have it or were taking forever to make it. It ended up coming out after we got our main entrees as opposed to the appetizer we wanted. Additionally, a lot of the food was completely unseasoned. The salsa was good.

There were only 15 menus in the restaurant and our table could only have two, so it didn't start well. I would also preface my thoughts looking around and thinking the place is understaffed. We had several issues ordering and getting the correct meals. Additionally, nobody thought the food was great, but it wasn't bad either. I felt the waitress did the best she could with the large amount of customers she had to serve, but we won't be going back soon.

On 12/27, myself and 7 others went to your restaurant for dinner. The place was not busy when we arrived (6pm) and we were immediately seated. However, this turned into a 2.5 hour fiasco. Our waiter was completely overworked and overwhelmed. We all asked for water at least 3 times and NEVER got any water. We asked for drink refills and did not get them until very late into our meal (at which point we were done eating and very ready to leave). One person did not even receive their meal, while the rest of us got cold, small meals. I ordered chicken fajitas and got the smallest amount of toppings, but our waiter never brought us anything extra when asked more than once. We had to share silverware and napkins because we could not get our waiter long enough to get any extra. Our meals all came out at totally separate times. Then, when we were finally so frustrated and ready to leave, it took 30 minutes to get our waiter's attention to get our bills (which were then incorrect and had to be fixed).I truly am not one to complain about restaurant service, as I know it is a difficult industry, but when we paid hundreds for a meal, we should not have been treated in this manner. There were only 2 servers for the entire restaurant, which did get more crowded as our meal went on. Our poor server was sweaty, running around, managing the bar and tables, and clearly could not handle it all. I do not understand what kind of management will do this sort of thing to their employees - it is utterly despicable to see and I felt terribly for our waiter. However, they should not have seated us in the first place if they could not handle our group. I do not know anyone who wishes to extend their meal that long, especially with no food or water.I do hope others do not receive this sort of service in the future, but I do not plan to return again to see if the situation is remedied.And, to add insult to injury, they are unresponsive on Facebook and their advertised email does not work.

Inedible and the order was wrong, half left off. Soup was bland and chicken was stringy

Our server was friendly, the atmosphere was fun & rather loud but that's it, the rest was disappointing. I'm sorry but I have two words for the chefs... cheap & lazy. I got the enchilada & Chile relleno, the cheese was like fake American white cheese inside, at least use the proper cheese!! There was nothing fresh or exciting on the plate that Mexican food is known for. Where's the cotija & cilantro? It should be a party on a plate & a party in your mouth.Granted I'm rather spoiled with the amazing mexican food from California, but come on. The meat in the enchilada, taco, & burrito was all the same boring ground beef that looked canned. The tortilla was not even toasted. The burrito was just like leftover meat thrown in a plain tortilla with canned sauce poured over it. Again I'm sorry but my husband also thought my burritos made from leftovers are far better. Step it up guys!
