Worst pizza place I’ve ever been. When we walked in and there was only 2 people inside we should have known better than to stay. First off only kids working who obviously don’t care. You buy the pizza by the slice, they brought 4 slices of pizza out to us and set them on the table and walked off, the slices were so burnt we could not eat them, we took them back to the counter, the girl working the counter was nice and apologized and had the boys re-heat more pizza slices and offered our money back, I said I don’t want a refund just good pizza. The next slices they brought were good. Next the music that was blasting was F this F that, smoking weed. We didn’t let our grandchildren finish their pizza to get them out of this atmosphere. I would never go to a biggies pizza place again period!!!!!!!

I'm generally skeptical about places advertising Brooklyn style pizza that aren't within 100 miles of NYC, but was pleasantly surprised with Biggie's. Great crust, loaded with toppings and pretty damn delicious. Only thing missing was that excess of grease...I could eat a slice standing straight, no forward lean requiredDug the atmosphere. Said the a/c wasn't working, but that added to the vibe.

The pizza here was surprisingly good! I say surprisingly because a friend and I went late at night after settling into our hotel room and for it to be like a party area, the food was not lacking one bit. The pizza slices are huge and came to us hot. I thought I'd only get through one slice since it was so big but it was so delicious that I wanted to eat the other slice while is was still hot. The atmosphere was very laid-back and mellow with some hip added in. I recommend giving this place a try if you're craving pizza or a quick bite. The options are great and they taste good!

❗️Nope, that was not a good experience!I heard that this restaurant is supposed to be some of the best pizza places in Jax!I ordered two slices of the Queen Margherita Pie.There was too much pizza sauce on the top along with a mozzarella cheese that had no taste. Also, the garlic in the tomato sauce destroyed the pizza flavor. The dough wasn’t better at all. Really disappointed!

I was told this is supposed to be some of the best pizza in Jax, unfortunately I can’t agree. Ordered the Queen Margarita Pie and let me tell you…. the pizza was huge (hence the name of the pizza joint) and the pizza sauce along with the buffalo mozzarella were outstanding, however the dough (crust) tasted like cardboard and didn’t appear to be completely cooked because the was no crunch. Hoping this was just and undercooked pie because I really, really thought, especially looking at the other pies in the display the pizza would be great.

Ordered wings from here yesterday through a delivery service. I specifically checked “crispy” in the order form and paid for two blue cheese dressings. The wings definitely were not crispy. At all. And only received one sauce. They weren’t bad, but definitely not what I ordered and definitely not good wings especially for the price. I’ll give the pizza a try next time.

Very first experience here, and enjoyed the visit. This was the Jacksonville Beach location, and customer service was great. Wasn’t busy when we arrived, but as time went by seating became limited. We were a party of two and decided to get a whole pizza. The slices were large, and the taste was really good. The crust was thin and crispy. Topped with pepperoni and 1/2 pineapple on the other 1/2 sausage .I belong to a local Facebook food group that recommended this establishment, which I have to say well done.

We went here while visiting our daughter at UNF. The pizza place had a unique atmosphere. I liked that there were at least 10 different pizzas to choose from. Great for a family that can’t decide on a common pizza. Loved their Buffalo soldier pizza and chicken bacon ranch. Beer was $5 a glass but there for the pizza.

I always enjoy my pizza from here. If you like gourmet slices, they have them on display and always make my mouth water as soon as I walk in and see them. I had some of grandma's pie, and the chicken bacon ranch. Delicious.

So today is National Pizza Day and we went into the store to order a Mary Jane pizza and was immediately advised that there wasn’t any pesto so we pivoted to the deluxe. Immediately was advised that they were out of sausage and allows us to substitute for bacon. The pizza should have been for in 40 minutes. 40 minutes later we were told 15 more minutes then was told well it will longer due to being out of cheese. Then the cashier was upset because we asked for the money back. Needless to say we have no pizza!
