Another Broken Egg Jax Beach did not disappoint! I’m not a local so I came in looking for something summery and good and the lemon curd French toast hit the spot! Matt T. was an awesome very attentive waiter! Hats off to this little jewel for a wonderful experience!
I was there on May 20, 2022 and met the most dedicated and friendliest waiter EVER, what a shame I can't remember his name. The whole staff is very attentive but not pushy and the food is terrific.
Stopped by on the way out of Jax with my wife. Had typical eggs and grits with sausage. Let me tell you. Their homemade sausage is terrific! Made with tarragon, sage, and mustard seed it was one of the best sausages I’ve had. And our waitress Mo was absolutely awesome. We really enjoyed our food and Mo made that much better. We’ll be back!!!!
Stumbled upon this great place while visiting Jacksonville. Wow. I had the hash brown Benedict. So good! As were the bourbon pecan pancakes. The crab cake Benedict was also tasty. The shrimp Benedict could have used less sauce so as not to take away from the crispy muffin. Finally, the Abe Bloody Mary was spicy perfection. Patio seating is dog friendly. Wait staff is very personable and attentive. Go if you get the chance!

We chose to eat lunch at this establishment because my husband is partial to the food. We got there a little after 1 pm. We were greeted with "find a clean table to sit" We sat down and waited, it was good thing that we were immerse in a discussion as we realize after 15 minutes of no menus or so much as a drop of water, that we were being ignored. The wait staff were at the bar talking among themselves. It was clear to us that they had no intentions on serving us anytime soon. Perhaps it was because it was 30 minutes before closing and they figured if they ignored us long enough we would leave. That is l what we did. We walked right out while the wait staff made no effort to stop us. What I do not understand is, if you stop serving 30 minutes BEFORE closing why then seat people? Why have the doors open at all.? Why not put the closed sign out ? I don;t care if I EVER eat here again. The food is not that great and the service has always been indifferent at best. My husband is going to HAVE to find another similar lunch spot that treats their customer better.
This is my FAVORITE restaurant for breakfast! I only come to this specific location with my family and always ask for Michelle!! She is an amazing server with such a sweet personality! She is very personable with her tables and extremely attentive. She always makes sure we have a perfect experience! If you come to the beach location, ask for Michelle!!
