My first time here and they was polite however I never in my life saw jerk chicken not grilled and not chopped up fine. This chicken is blend, dry not grilled and 2 over size potions. You have to roll it in the sauce at the bottom of the chicken to get some flavor. I tried calling first to let them know but I was on hold for soLong I hung up. The rest of my food tastes great like it didn’t match the meat ?? not again
I specifically ordered chicken strips and verbally made it a note that I wanted chicken strips and when my food came out they made me wings and I told the lady behind the counter that I didn’t order wings and I wanted chicken strips she took the food back to the cook and notified the cook of what was wrong with my order she then returns to the counter with the same food and said that they wouldn’t be remaking my food and that I could take the food that I didn’t order and I told her that I didn’t want the wings and the still pushed the food that I didn’t want and also didn’t offer me a refund or nothing poor customer service
Visited this place they were out of several items on the menu and the ones that were the young didn't have a clue about what they were or tasted like ,absolutely no product knowledge.
The wings were amazing. but the service is just a no. the guy looked like he was annoyed.
The food is fine. This 1 star is the manager to know that your employees answer the phone and just put me on hold 3 times in a row. I waited over 5 mins each time and they never return to the phone call.
I got food poisoning from eating at this restaurant the mild chicken wings sauce was nasty taste sweet like ketchup

Best place to eat wings and Caribbean food they have a very friendly staff very cleaned establishment. Also I never have to wait long for my food . I strongly recommended to go out try their food it’s really good.
