I was there this evening and I’m appalled at how the manager was speaking to the young workers. As a manager myself I just wanted to comfort cashiers who look like they were babies teenagers. I do not think it’s professional or mentally okay to yell at the workers that way. I asked for the manger name and her name was Lady’s Rodriguez. Ms. Rodriguez need training on how to properly coach her staff. Customers should not witness that and employees should not have to endure that. I would like to make a formal complaint on what I witnessed tonight.
Made a stop here off the road.Legit was in drive through for 25 plus mins. Got to window for another 10 mins before they open window to tell me their system was down. So i i pull to side and walk inside 6 employees legit hangout while there a line front if them. Also i am all for people wear you hair as an expression. However to see 2 male workers scratch their scalp and then go get fries. Put a hat, net or gloves on ! Please check my reviews i an a person usually give 5 stars because people ate nice and work hard. This place was just NO ridiculous.
I’m a Uber Driver , is unbelievable that at nigh I have to make the whole line some times 10 cars more than a hour just to pick up a order , Wendy should have a door or someone that can handle the order to you as Macdonald and other brand do , ??
O stars if I could. I waited over half an hour and at1:15am when reaching the speaker I was toldthey're now closed when they're supposed toclose at 2am. No cones, no one comes out, a lineof 5 more cars just sitting and waiting without anyindication of closing early.
Waited in line 22 minutes until we could place our order...with only 1 person in front of us...with just her order!!!!! There is only one speed here....SLOW!! They had plenty of employees, but there was no rushing them. Manager standing around doing nothing. It's sad....Still waiting for our order...got it 37 minutes after the time we arrived. Then we get our food...and my salad has fried chicken patty (which I can't eat) in it instead of grilled chicken. Take it back up...manager tells me there's "no grilled chicken in this whole restaurant...he (order taker) should have told you that." Got a refund...but 45 minutes later, I'm still starving. I know this review will do nothing, but stay away from this Wendy's if you're interested in FAST food!!
The takeout at this location is horrible. The staff seems to be under trained or just unknowingly go through the motions. I wait in line after my order only to be told that they don't have what I ordered at the window. Thank you, but no thank you! I am giving 1 star because you are Wendy's!
Normally this Wendy's has it together. Today very poor. Stood at counter 10 mins before someone came to take my order. Drink machine was empty and could not offer any major brand of drinks.Food was ok.
One star because the food is great, but we waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes, we ended leaving because they kept saying one moment. When we were leaving you can see the employees chatting at the drive thru window and had NO CARS at the window.
Good service, however, upon using the reward card and trying to use the points.....no employee had knowledge. Therefore, it continued to gain points.
Quick, got the order right, and it tasted great. They also did a great job applying my coupon. What else can you ask for?
