Dried out hamburger, I literally threw in garbage. Very disappointed in quality of food. Meat tasted like it was made in morning and served hours later. Horrible beyond anything I could ever describe.Supposedly made plain. Yuk I will never return. No one in line, compared to Wendy’s near 211 street in Naranja, the line fills up parking lot.
Just spent 10 minutes waiting to put an order in and staff ignored us. The girl taking orders kept walking past the ordering line, walked to the back of the store and had a full on conversation with co workers, taking pictures and generally doing nothing. We even asked to put an order in. Never will we stop here again. Poor management was obvious as manager was allowing it to happen in front of him.
Got the new strawberry salad it was excellent service was great the cashier was so friendly great place love the food
Worse ran fast food place in Homestead! Ghetto employees with no customer service, curbside sides with no curbside and half the time the dine in doors are locked when the signs say dine in open. Get new management!
Love the food, it tastes fresh. The raspberry coke is awesome, but this last time taste like robatussin.
Got off work, decided to stop at Wendy’s on my way home. Got home only to find one of the salad dressings partially open and my unopened sauce almost empty. I have had bad experiences at all the Wendy’s in the South Dade area. Giving up on expectations of good customer.
In and out through drive in ... order correct and tasty food. Two thumbs up????
Wow really impressed on how bad the service was. Came with my family and spend $30.00 on a fast food to receive a bad service. Employers with attitude, screaming from one to other, wrong orders with us and other people, and mad faces. Don't like the experience at all.
After waiting in long lines I reached the window. I asked the young lady could she throw away an empty cup and she stated she couldn't because she didn't want to touch the cup. Mind you she touched the receipt she touched my food ,she touched my credit card. She touched my hand so I didn't understand. Also she didn't have on any gloves.
This place is dam horrible with uber eats fpr the last 3 orders in a row they always dont include either the small fry or tye baconator fries that i always get together. Either they keep the food or do not know how to work
