I have never had a bad experience at this subway until now but it can clearly be the employee that was working, Frank. He was working on Monday January 3rd at 12pm. I had an online order pickup, when I got home I noticed there was a big mixup and my order wasn’t done correctly. I had received the wrong bread, not toasted, and no lettuce. I didn’t receive one call from the store regarding my order prior to pickup. I went back and in a polite matter asked for my sub to be fixed. There was no apology and I was completely disregarded when trying to speak. I said all the mishaps and Frank cut me off while speaking and just said it would be fixed. After my sub was done, I asked for his name. I also addressed that, next time a costumer is speaking maybe lookup and not be so disrespectful, he cut me off again to try ending the conversation for me to leave the store. The store was not busy so I see no need for this attitude and rudeness. I hope this issue is noticed by the manager because I will happily call to speak to one to hopefully not be disregarded again.

Absolutely terrible and disappointing really. Only two workers, which is fine. But neither knew any English at all. So placing order was a chore and also wasnt charged correctly for the pretty clear $6 meal of the day. Another lady came in after she took her online order pickup and apparently the whole order was wrong. Employees couldn’t understand her so they had to call the manager and other customers also were asked to translate.

The owner of this franchise has gotten extremely cheap. I ordered an cold cut sandwich and they only put 3 pieces of each meat on the whole sandwich. When they put the veggies on the sandwhich they barley put anything on. I asked if I could get more and they told me it would be an extra charge to get more lettuce and tomato on my sandwich.

I ordered online, the guy couldn’t find the order. I showed him the order was paid for and was ordered at his store. He made the order, he was mad when I told him to toast he refuse he wanted to add all the veggies. This man has anger issues, he put so much sauce in my sandwich it was soggy when I got home. It wasn’t cut and wrap properly. This angry very tall guy has no customer service skills and refuse to do what the customer want. He’s horrible and got on my nerves.

I liked how empty it was today. The employees got everything I wanted done. Which was great, no dr pepper tho. But orange soda was a good substitute
