When say as soon as I walked in they was ready to take my order and very professional and on point I also gave a five dollar tip..❤?????
The food great but they went up on their prices and give us less food
Their subs are good but the employees don’t like to answer the phone. I like to call to order the subs so when I go is ready for pick up. It would be nice if the owner would re-enforce this because that’s how they loose clients.

Service stunk and all three subs where wrong when we got home..
The food is good but they definitely need to step up their sanitary game especially with all this covid going on second is there waiting time is ridiculously long they are understaffed like everybody else which is understandable but you would think they have chairs to sit down why are you waiting but they don't have any at all you have to stand up and they have no sense of urgency they move very slow and sit there and watch you while you're standing there waiting for 30 minutes
I will start by saying the food is good and the staff is nice, but they do way to much talking over the food without wearing face covers. I think people are really forgetting that we are still in a pandemic. It's just not fair for staff to be so disrespectful and just unconscious of other people's meals. If you know you have to talk to take orders or just conversate to co-workers please wear a mask ???
When someone let's the worker know my husband wants stuff on one half and the wife wants stuff on the other half. The worker should have cut the sub in half before putting ingredients on it. I am the type of person who doesn't believe In wasting food since she already put everything on It. I clearly said please I do not want any tasting of those pickles ?. My food was cut right but the meat had the pickles smell. And the owner should edit their menu that sub bread is NOT 12 inches. But between 10 and 11 inches.
Bert subs ever depending on who cooking! But the wait time is HORRIBLE they never answer the phone also you should always greet guests when we walk in! Don’t just stare at us
Food and the service is great , just pick a sub their all good won't be disappointed.
