Tender pork ribs, but not seasoned well. Very little smoke flavor. Passable if you want ribs. You must use sauce if you want them to be digestible. Sorry, but my taste buds are Cajun, and Southern cooking adapted. Must be properly prepared, and basted.This is a rebuttal to the reply from Smokehouse 191. Seasoning, and heat are two totally different things. Basting is a different technique. My opinion, my taste buds. Take it as an opportunity to try something new.
