Manager is disgustingly rude!! Will never go there again!! The wait was ridiculous for a pizza!! We paid for the food that never came!!!
Best Pizza in Homestead, Florida. Tons of toppings to choose from. After ordering my pineapple - hot cherry pepper - spinach pizza, took about 15 - 20 minutes to cook. It was delicious! The tomato sauce is on point! Sweet and tangy! Also, the staff are super friendly, and Charlie is a great manager! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Congrats on a job well done!
First visit, went for an early dinner. Nice atmosphere, good staff, and we finally found excellent pizza! The flavored tea was way too sweet, but you can't win them all. Will definitely be a return customer.
Well I've been here before about 2 years ago and was disappointed with my experience but I do have to say they sure did improve alot in 2 years.. The food was amazing I ordered pizza and wings and wow taste really good stayed hot until I got home. The young lady that was working was waiting on tables by herself but doing a fantastic job keeping up with customers.. Just want to say I appreciate you keep up the excellent work!
Spacious inside. Good pizza. Sauce has a little bit of that Italian taste to it. A bit of a crunch to the crust, wouldn't mind if it had more of that. Had a sangria and margarita. Also the salad was enough for two!
I was frequently customer to this restaurant until today. I ordered after a long wait at the table, restaurant was not Busy only two more table. I ordered and after a while the waitress brought my son (adult) food, and I wait and wait for an hour for mine besucase nobody came to my table. I asked another waitress for a manager and she ignored my request because manager never came. After an hour and Half my food came. My son already finished his so I didnt want mine since I has been at the restaurant for two long. I requested manager for second time. the waitress was very rude didnt apolagize and Brought the Bill
We have ordered two pizza for pick up yesterday. We liked the dough and pizza with chicken. The only one reason of 4 stars review that in Portofino pizza is too much of onions and I couldn’t customise that online when I was placing the order. Thank you so much, will definitely visit again!
There is better customer service at your local Pizza Hut. The food is okay but the service has gone downhill at Portofinos. The young staff who manage the phones do not know the meaning of “the customer is always right”. The snappy attitudes of the front staff can easily instigate conflict and make the customer uncomfortable. I guess management will realize their errors when customers stop visiting the establishment and the staff end up in the bread line. If you don’t believe me on how bad this place is poorly managed and serviced, please refer to the other one star reviews and the owners response to those people. They really belittle the customers negative experience. I fully anticipate a snarky response from the owner. But if they are truly business minded, they can respond with how they are working to improve their customer service experience for patrons.
We had pizza which was very good. We asked for the sauce to be on the bottom and cheese on top. I had the fruit Mojito which was great. Tasted the best I've had. We sat at the bar which was fine. Service was good. Enjoyed our outing!!!
Very good coal fired pizza, amazing deserts, the place has a really neat atmosphere and the waitress was very prompt and friendly! Would definitely recommend.????
