Went through drive thru and ordered a Shrimp tackle box. Based on what I saw on the menu board, it said it came with a drink but when I mentioned the drink to the person taking the order she seemed confused. The person asked me if I wanted the dinner instead so I asked her if it came with a drink and she said no. I replied to her saying that's not what I'm reading on the board and from that moment on I didn't like the service from this location. They should update the order board to reflect accordingly.
Food was okay but the drive through lady was as nasty as can be. Please don't ask for condomints or napkins. It ruins her whole day. She will literally slam it in your hand almost breaking your wrist. Roll her eyes and be so if you want just chicken and a biscuit right place to go. Use your shirt for a napkin and everyone will have an amazing day
No spoons no forks not even a butter knife. I went so far as to ask her to throw in an extra plastic lid so I could make my own and the lady was very rude. I ordered an 18.99 eight piece and I received six biscuits that no complaint but the chicken was a six piece and very small. Oh, the orixe somehow charged to my card was 36.58. normally I like Popeyes just this one needs supervision.
This place SUCKS! They’re lucky that popeyes in general has great food because there is no way they would’ve survived without it.Serving size small, food sometimes cold, orders are ALWAYS wrong, and customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Can’t pick up mobile orders through drive thru and girls in the front always have an attitude.If you wanna eat here prepare to literally fight with them just for a freaking ranch, the manager told us that we were “inconsiderate” because we ordered regular chicken and sauce is only for chicken nugget orders. Girl what?!?!? We ended up with ketchup….. as a condiment for bone in chicken.I hope the owner of this store starts to be mindful of the people they are putting in charge. Don’t let these employees who could care less ruin your reputation.
For the first time since you opened went inside the restaurant ( all ways drive through), went in side dot in line there was 3 customers ahead of me which will give us time to look at the menus. The person at the register was the must undesirable person to be on a customer assistant position. She had problems with the customers ahead of me so I was prepare to be bombarded, tried to be nice and polite but that lady and her log face make you afraid. Finally got my order when she handled my check, Almost fainted $40.00 and cents for 2 Christmas chicken leg combo and 2 chicken tenders combo. When I told her that my order was wrong she was so mad turned around and talking to herself so finally she called another lady as bad as she was and know what she asked I wand a correct order there is a sandwich combo I did not order . Not to happy she corrected my bill . Sat down with my friend to eat and it was really terrible listening to all your employees fight and screaming at each other. The Lady in front of me mentioned what a terrible customer Service. For the benefit of your business take of that matter or your store will suffer
Chicken looked like it was cooked in old grease and the chicken sandwich meat was so small I only used one piece of the bun fries ? was warm what was supposed to be breast was like half breast I spent over 60 dollars I was going to do the survey but I say no I just won't go there for a while
Good is the best. Customers Service lots to desired. Noisy employees fighting each other. The cashier not trained for the position really bad attitude she has no idea that the customers pay her salary . Went to sit down enjoy the food. Bad choice that woman had a problem with every single order if they do not fixed it Goodbye POpeyes

Long line in drive thru we had 2 orders they gave us one we waiting in the front parking lot for the second one, I looked at our order it was wrong.Went inside they gave us the bottom of the bag chicken strips. scraps We had to wait for our second order that was about 30 mins plus. Horrible experience
Love Popeye's chicken but this location has a real problem. I was in the drive-up line for 30+ minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Everyone had a problem with their order including me. They won't last long if they don't fix their problems.
