Terrible.Waited an hour and 15 minutes yesterday. No mustard sauce. No bbq sauce. They don't even ask what kind of sauces you want. Ten people before me left without sauce. When I asked lady sauntered into the back room to come back with a five gallon bucket of cilantro - she had just not bothered to get them
I ordered a large tropichop bowl and they served the food on a salad plate. The workers at the drive through were also super rude, they were laughing and snickering at me because they could not understand what I wanted when asking for the beyond meat.
Order online and it was ready in 5 minutes and they gave samples which I never see at a pollo tropical.
Every time time I order food at this location something is always missing and they never answer the phone. I just ordered a family meal and 2 white rice and beans are missing what am I suppose to eat the chicken with just the bread and hot sauce? like come on y'all need to do better and answer y'all phone cause I need my money back. Money doesn't grow on trees.
Worst one in south Florida. The person working the drive thru let's people cut in line and allows others to berate you. They never have mustard curry sauce and get the order wrong, don't waste your time
Parking lot drive thru is terrible. But the food is good, the waitresses are very nice. Sometimes they give out very small n burnt grilled pieces that I chew n chew n spit out. I love their beans,, and rice...Other than that it's a fast food place it has its good and bad.
The last few times we ordered from this store, the food degraded in quality until today which was absolutely inedible, the chicken seemed to be leftovers from the night before, dry and burnt, the rice was a paste in which you couldn't tell the grains, the fries were a ball soaked in poor quality oil also inedible. This is the last time I waste my money and health with this establishment, stay away.
I am not feeling well I came for chicken soup. The soup was just broth. I asked for tostones. They have no tostones. I asked for cilantro sauce,they don't have. I leave the store and I have no spoon to drink my broth. This is the qorat of all the pollo tropical stores. The store manager apparently not doing his job.
I had to put a star for a review.This place is THE WORST! They will look at a customer stand 30 to 40 minutes in front of the register before deciding taking the order. They are so rude call and laugh with each other like deciding who will take the order mean while eating and drinking.This is my ORDER # 150143COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED!Also there was other customers that noticed the same and left.
If I could rate this facility a ZERO I would do so. People working there move slower than a sloth. All of the mobile orders were behind the counter and not on the pick up rack outside the counter. They couldn’t understand English at the register enough to know the name “Ashley” there were at least 10 people working behind the counter and yet still no one was able to get my order right. The yuka was barely cooked, my large chicken chop bowl was a regular size and I specifically asked for 3 curry sauces yet when I got home all I had was cilantro sauce. Which I absolutely hate. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. It’s quite sad that kids these days don’t care about their work performance or atmosphere enough to provide a service that people can enjoy.
