Went here to buy personal pan pizzas, unfortunately they said they did not have.

My food never came and they didn't call me or nothing so after 2 hours canceled order

Delivery was fast, but I ordered two pizzas. 1 was correct the other was not. I was told all I could do was get a $10 dollar credit(mind you the pizza was $18) or bring the pizza back and get the correct pizza. Meanwhile the the correct pizza is at home getting cold because I had to return the incorrect pizza.

Worst experience with a girl at the front desk , forgot to place the order twice, also looking at the phone while talking to customers, obvious that does things wrong.

Super bad service I order a pizza and after two hour waiting they said they do not deliver they should call first and let the client know

I don’t think it’s fair for me to have to pay for another pizza because you guy somehow didn’t find my address/phone number. I been waiting for my order for one hour then tried to get in contact with them for one hours to get answers and they knew that. It is not the first time that I ordered here. I literally ordered the same thing every time on the same account. They still accused me of putting the wrong address/phone number then accused me of trying to get a free pizza because I don’t want to have to pay for the reorder. I explained to them my frustration about the order and money isn’t the problem. they decided continue to argued with me and not giving me a free pizza ( I don’t get why they making it so hard for one free pizza after I explained myself I’m always ordered here and I’m not happy and frustrated with the service ). They rather let go of a good customer then tried to fix the problem, great common sense !-Don’t think about the customer service, it is like you’re talking to a wall.

I placed an order online only to be told 25 minutes later that the Pizza Hut restaurant I ordered from does not deliver to my area. When I arrive at the restaurant to pick up my order I have to re-sign the slip for the order when I did everything online down to putting the tip on the card and processed my credit card. I believe this could have been handled differently. Then when I get the pizza it was as if it had been sitting for sometime; it was not fresh. Services are not inexpensive these days; the amount you pay you expect quality and not a pizza that has been sitting for who knows how long. Very disappointed with my order from last night.

I will not be ordering from pizza hut. There are plenty of other options for pizza in my area.

We ordered online a Supreme Pizza order was leave oneside without meat put all meat on oneside when we got home they didn't do as we had asked there was only a single layer of meat with no veg we called to complain the next day as we had just come back from a long trip, we called the manager said she could not help I'm a frequent customer but this has left a bad taste in my mouth an if this is the way they treat there customers we could take our business elsewhere. Alexis customer service should be key
