Pinecrest was recommended to me, I ordered 2 pan con bistec and a media noche. We had to wait double time while they took care of other customers that walked in after us. We stood at the pick up counter and saw our bag sitting there. We tried to get someone’s attention and was completely ignored. By the time we got our sandwich it was soggy and cold and cheese was stuck all over wrapper and bag. I showed the lady the bag as I ripped stuck paper off the sandwich. And the pan con bistec bag was all greasy , She said it just sat there too long.We were at counter for at least 15 minutes. They were rude and I don’t recommend this bakery when there are so many polite ones around.
Love the coffee and the Pastelitos I tried the empanadas and they were not good, so I asked to change them for the croquettes and they were super dry and tasteless anyways part of my review aren’t to make a business look bad but I write them in hopes the owner sees them and makes improvements.
I preferred not to go because of the long lines, it’s been weeks ago something happened and new people are there but now is faster, efficient and fresh.
I am a fan of Pinecrest Bakery. However, this location always disappoints. Staff takes forever to attend customers, the racks are either empty with food waiting in the back instead of being displayed to be sold. Baked empanadas are hard as crackers. I do not recommend this location.
The employees here are the RUDEST people ever!!! They treat customers terribly and have not one ounce of customer service. And it looks like they are giving pick up orders to their friends and then when you go pick up the orders they say a driver already picked it up. Makes no sense.
Service is horrible. This month only I’ve walked twice because of lack of customer service. One of those times, I’m assuming is a regular walked in said hi server boxed her pastries and she left. In the meantime I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes to be waited on. I left and so did another person that was waiting. Food is good when you actually get waited on.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!DON'T MAKE ORDERS OVER PHONE!!!IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!My wife called and placed an order of croquettes, bread, and guava pastries to pick up the next day at 9am. When we went to pick up the order at 10am, they couldn't find what we had ordered. After 1 hour waiting, they find the order and they did not have the birthday croquettes that we had ordered the day before, they had to change to the regular croquettes. If you are going to order by phone, I recommend taking the order number and the name of the person who assisted you.
Great food and great service, but super slow. Jesus will return for his church before you get to order and receive your food. I’ve actually been standing in line for almost 30 mins and I haven’t even placed my order yet. I love this place, but each position in the back needs to be well defined. It appears as though the employees are running with their heads cut off without direction.
The worst customer service ever! I went a few months ago and had a really bad experience with the pastries not being fresh and they tasted terrible so I decided to give it one more try and NEVER again. Not only was it really messy and dirty, sticky floors, but the employees have such a bad attitude like they don’t want to work or are too busy talking to each other. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me the manager was too busy. I can’t believe this place is still open, I feel sorry for the owners because their staff is going to eventually end up getting the place closed down.
I want to share my experience few night back with Caridad, what a bad customer service this lady has, people like her shouldn't be working with the public. Bad attitude and rude over all, this really makes your company look bad. I needed to make big order for a party and her response was I don't know how to make this big order you have to come back tomorrow in the morning. Didn't even bother to listen or take down the order of the things i needed to have someone contacted me and just dismissed me. I will never come back to this place.
