All the tables were nasty, I had to ask one of the employees if I could get something to clean the tables with and got mad since he had to clean it. Employees are not friendly. My order took forever and when I finally got it was cold and I was missing half my order. I suggest corporate comes to this mcdonalds and give them a refresher course.
I live acorss the street and come once a week. For the last few months they have had no frapes at all. The manager clearly doesn't care.
The manager Alisha is very rude and disrespectful
10 pm I entered, hours posted on door stated open till 11. Female employee yelled over to me they were closed. I was on foot with walker, visibly struggling. She said they had been closed inside since 8, no employees - didn't have register. I tried to get her to have something ring up on drive thru register, but she had an attitude & wouldn't hear me. I had to sit at a booth for 10 - 15 min due to being about to pass out. She continued to turn customers away, said she wasn't supposed to be working either. Reported to corporate.
They took so long to attend us, and I said no onions, and that was the first thing they put , then we asked for ketchup and they said they didn't have more and when I went to change my burger inside. I asked again for ketchup they gave some . So they are lazy
The food is good and I didn't have to wait too long in the drive thru but I ordered two gava and cream pies but when I got home I was given two apple pies instead. What a bomber.
I was really unhappy about my order today when I get home I check my food this is what inside look like really disgusting please take them time to prepare people food we pay for ? ?
I ordered through ubereats and honestly everything came back good except the fries because it was stale and soggy. I also ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and received a banana strawberry smoothie. I get you probably don’t have the product that’s why you have my driver call me and ask what “I” want to substitute it with I mean they did it plenty of times. Horrible service !! I mean I have to tell my driver to remind them to get me simple things like a straw and sauces ?? Are you serious.This is honestly my favorite McDonald’s in town to order from cause I haven’t ever had a problem with them but last night was the last straw I’m taking a break for a while.
Lol $15 an hour to wait 30 mins in a drive thru? You minimum wage workers are a bunch of jokes
Food is good, but apparently inside is closed and only open for pick up. They are going to lose customers, because no one is going to want to wait in their long lines. I don't know how they can be so stupid.
