Worst McDonald’s ever 9pm at night 2 employees outside talking and laughing with a car while only 1 inside working cars are backed up to the street took me 45min to get fast food never again I’m I coming here this place needs undercover boss to fire everyone. I wish I can post a video of the employees just hanging outside.
Service hear is super bad I've bin waiting for 45 minutes and still no order is this not fast food get ur thing in order Macdonald fire this week as people or get more I'm coming one more time then never again this is not right gas is expensive
The line is long here. But the food is fresh. The best thing there is that my sandwich is always right during the day! Nights and weekends are another story.
This McDonalds doesn't have a great employee base. They lack on showing some sort of "I'm loving it " when treating you at the window. Also the drive through window is a longer than usual wait time, make sure you have enough gas and time.
You must enjoy sending your customers to Wendy's by locking them out. Good business sense, thank you!
Waited in drive thru line for 20 mins, to get food. Order was wrong and food was cold, by the time we arrived to the window.Drove to Key West and back later in the evening. Went back, to get a soda, before hitting the highway. Sat in the (waiting for paint to dry line) still for 5 minutes, before calling it quits.Hire better workers and FIRE these losers.
Good service at times they have a little attitude don't know why. But once your are nice to them they put their defenses down. The food is good and always on time.
This location it’s ridiculous customer service, when they taking my order between talking with someone inside, they told me my order $28 so i asked them them just 10 chicken nuggets meal $28? They say sorry I talk to someone else, when I went to the window they say $12:87 so I asked again why $12,87, they say Big Mac blad blad blad whatever, I told them my order just 10 chicken nuggets meals, , I have 4 cars in front of me took me 35 minutes to get to the payment window and another 10 minutes get to the pickup Windown, a bunches of people’s inside stand around and talking, they asking me. Mam what is your order? What kind the drink for your order?? I asked back to them and what kind of the order do you took from me from the window order line? I asking for the manager I told her you need to pushed your people to work faster because everyone need to get home to feed their children,, she look at me and say sorry and walk away, seen like you guys don’t need to work just coming in to hangout, this location need to management restraining, workers restraining, customer service restraining, this been like this in a year took me so much to write this review because I can’t deal with the way they treat people so low and don’t care!!!
It’s embarrassing that something so simple as talking properly, being polite and professional seems to be an unknown concept to some of the people working here. I would feel ashamed If I ever provided such terrible service.
It would actually be rlly nice to be able to walk inside the store to place & pickup an order. Not sure why or how management continues to justify refusing customers entrance.
