Before I tell you, about how it was Before, let me tell you how it has been for the last 2 times I have visited the restaurant after 11pm at night, that's the time, that my wife and I usually go there. Right now the 2 young women you have working there at the evening shift drive through, they are doing a great job ? ?, a good job, they don't break under pressure, they are both in control of the situation ? ? and when, I received my order through the drive through windows, the woman spoke to me so nicely. I was so impressed with the 2 women working the drive through. Yes the cashier was very nice and soft spoken also you can tell she was in control of her position, I was very impressed ? ?. It feels really good when you receive your order, and you drive off, and park somewhere in the parking lot,and you take out the medium or large fry and you noticed that they gave you the right amount of French fries that you have ordered, they have filled the carton to the right amount, not like before, before and it would happen all the time you order a large French fry and they wouldn't fill it to the right amount, or a medium size. My last 2 visit have been a ? % much better service and I have received my sandwich hot not like before. My last 2 visits, they put napkins in the bag thank you for doing that and they put more than one napkin. McDonald's,yes people notice when you do a very bad job, you need to give the customer what they payed for, if they ordered a medium or large fry, fill the carton to the right amount, you have plenty of French fries ?, and please make sure that the sandwich you ordered is hot. Don't cut corners, people notice every thing, Listen you need to put in the bag every thing the customer needs and want before the customer drives off. McDonald's, you need to use all the items you buy, like salt and pepper, ketchup packets, napkins. These ingredients, these items are for the customer, not to be kept until they expire, and then have to be thrown away. Use your merchandise it's for the customer. Sat and waited in the inside lane. Another pulled up in the outside lane afterwards, ordered, and proceeded to next window. Still no response from inside lane. I reversed and pull into the outside lane. Immediately, an employee greets. I order. When I get to the window, I notify the employee of the situation, and state that they should place a cone or sign to inform patrons that the inside lane is not operational as I sat there unserviced for several minutes. Placing a sign to notify customers that a lane is not open for service is the least a company can do.

Busy locaion. Incredibly slow 2 lane drive-thru. Queing assistance needed as cars back up because they don't alternate. Also could hear customers making a lot of custom orders.

Fries were terrible got 2 lg fries and they were raw and cold. Really not good. The last 4 times we have been here they have been terrible. We now drive to the other one its further but the food is much better.

I ordered online and they cancelled. I was within my time frame. I will not eat at this McDonald's because of this instance. when they are open 24 hours. I was literally 5 minutes away. I ended up ordereing from Wendy's and will continue to order form any other spot

This has to be the word McDonald’s in the world. I went in and ordered at the Kiosk. After 12 minutes of waiting I asked to see the Manager, and when the person finally gave me the order and I said thank you, she didn’t say a word and turned her back on me. Sad, that even though these franchises are privately owned, the McDonalds logo and trademark is so poorly represented. There are a lot of low ratings/reviews, which only means that McDonald is not looking at them or apparently don’t care how poorly their brand is represented.

One name, Bercus! She is so professional, paid attention to giving me my order on point. She didn't mess up with anything. She acted as though the order was for her family. Loved my experience at this McDonald's. She deserves a raise or a promotion to management! Thank you Bercus!

Never have the lobby open and if you make one change to your order they always mess it up

my friend ordered chicken nuggets & this restaurant gave her squirts of mayo instead this is so disrespectful & ridiculous that people have to wait in line & pay for this! She will be posting this on social media because we our tired of the terrible service from Mcdonald’s.

THIS store, and the 3 others that are owned by the same people {franchise} are horrendous. NOT open inside to order or eat. VERY few workers, so much so that it takes 41 minutes for 9 cars to process through the the only 1, of 2 drive-thru lanes, that are open.So, only about 20 sales an hour for the whole store.There were 5 people waiting, standing, outside the side door, to pickup their order they did ahead, curbside I guess, and they had to stand there waiting just as long as I did, until someone FINALLY opened the door.And the hypochondriacs are sure to be wearing their masks so you can't correctly distinguish exactly what they are saying.Ordered small fries and a chicken sandwich deal, had to wait almost 8 minutes - and the fries were cold.
