Wow! I am in LOVE with this place and the Staff! I just came with a group of 8, hesitant as we usually don’t get good service when we go out in a group this size with 3 kids. As soon as I walked in, a staff member came over and started setting up our table. As I was waiting for the table to get set up I was approached by two other employees to make sure we had been greeted. Once seated we had the pleasure to get Carmen as our server. She was an absolute delight, everyone in our table was so impressed by the hospitality and service. She made us feel like guests at her home. The bread, mozzarella sticks and pizza were superb. It was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating even though I was full. It was my daughter’s birthday and many of the employees came to our table to sing and made her feel so special. We had an AMAZING family experience at this restaurant. Will definitely come back!!
Food was fresh, but lacking in flavor. The server recommended the bolognese, She said it was terrific. It lacked any flavor at all. No salt no pepper, no garlic, no nothing. My BFF got shrimp scampi and it was just OK. She did not like her salad that came with her meal. And my lobster bisque was edible but not great. I've had much better in other places. For this to be an Italian restaurant I don't think they use a single Italian recipe. ?
First time here was about two months. Took my children for a week day dinner. Pizza was great! Our server was professional and attentive. We were surrounded by other families and my kids were comfortable. The staff was friendly towards my children and that means a lot to me because my kids are on the spectrum. Glad I found this restaurant.
This restaurant was a hidden gem. The place was nice, the staff was very friendly and the prices were cheap. They give you a ton of food and rolls.
This is a wonderful itialian restaurant … food was excellent and plentiful … We also ordered a pizza to go and was not disappointed… Service was outstanding… Atmosphere was charming… felt like I was in a family owned itialian restaurant … Why… because that’s it exactly was Mamma’s is…
Had dinner here recently while traveling in the region. Chose it at random based on TA reviews, and we're glad we did. The food was delicious and plentiful, including the garlic knots served before the meal. Service was attentive and prompt, and we left with enough leftovers for another meal. We would not hesitate to eat here again!
We dined here for an early supper on Friday. Service was a little odd, as things didn’t exactly come out together; and my son’s pizza came out way after our meals, as well as his iced dessert came out way after we’d finished the tiramisu. But with that said, I still give 5 stars as the food and ambiance was pretty awesome. Those garlic knots are a must do! My veal parm sandwich was very tasty. My husband loved his meat lover pizza. Our son enjoyed his cheese pizza kids meal. Crayons for the table was a huge hit! The tiramisu was absolute bliss! Loved the decor and the ambiance of the music. If I can give a 0, I would. Came down to visit family and ordered for delivery. We waited about one hour and a half. When driver arrived we noticed that half the order was missing. When we called restaurant to explain, they said they can give us missing items if we picked up at their location only. We decided to head to the restaurant to pick up the rest of the order. We got the remaining items, however they would not give us a refund on delivery fees or even inconvenience and only offered a credit for next time. I explained I don’t live in area and was only visiting. They said sorry, we can’t do anything. Ridiculous! I expect better customer service, at minimum covering the delivery fee. Never going there again.
When we arrived, we were told that there would be about a twenty minute wait. The place was packed. Didn't mind the wait. We always like to try some local eatery when we're out of town. I ordered a Mamma Mia pizza all the way. It was delicious, well worth the wait. The service was great also. Chris was a very good waiter & friendly. I would definitely eat here again if I am in the area.
