This place started getting worse and worse has little kids working there that don’t care at all, 45 min wait for a pepperoni pizza I thought you guys where hot and ready might as well go to Pizza Hut or dominos if am have to wait this long, I called and they tood me and this other lady that the phone didn’t work how crazy is that there always an excuse, we have to many people, our phone don’t work we are out of this might as well shut this place down again.
Bunch of young kids running the place. Pathetic, Unorganized, incompetent, and rude. There’s never any fresh pizza ready. No such thing as “HOT-N-READY” like with other stores. It always takes 15-25 minute for basically anything you order. because like I said, nothing is ever ready. Total piece of shhh
On Saturday I called this store and I pressed the option for placing orders over the phone. I was placed on the que for 24 minutes. I finally decided to drive up and when I got to the store, under a horrific rain storm, the store literally had 4 employees all sitting around and chatting. When I asked the young man, why was the phone not picked up? He clearly shared that they don't answer the phone. I asked for a Manager and they all stared at me and said that he had left the store. I only went to the store because my 5 year old granddaughter wanted pizza and the weather was terrible. The overall picture is that I will not be back and I shared my experience with all the pizza lovers. Shame on Manager for allowing the staff to act as such and for the Manager not enforcing the purpose of a phone ringing, means an order! Orders bring revenue and revenue pays salaries and not to mention keeps customers happy. ?
This place have unprofessional staff , young person attendant answer to the clients they no speak spanish, the cashier and other employee making phone videos , laffing in front of me when I was making order. Really bad experience. Menu on the screen never work
This store is the worst in the area. The staff doesn’t manage their time correctly, the drinks are never cold, as if nobody can take 5-10 minutes to refill the cooler. Whoever makes the pizzas is good but needs help because they never have anything “hot and ready”.. you always have to wait for pizzas, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it is an inconvenience when you have hungry kids and you just want to grab something quick. The wait is always 20+ minutes
I really hope the owner takes the time to read this comments because I have a very important advice for him or her “YOUR CUSTOMERS AT THAT LOCATION ARE DESTROYING YOUR BUSINESS” they are always rude and unprofessional, they act as if they are being forced to be there, pizzas are never ready and every time I go they never had a single pizza ready to be sell. I am no longer going to this location, is a total mess!!!!
The quality of the food is not always consistent. Either they need a new cutting knife (slicer) or a stronger person to do it. Pizza is NEVER cut all the way through. Oven may need to be recalibrated because almost always slightly under baked.
Just when you think Little Caesars can't get any worse ... lol. How hard is it to make 1 pizza with the proper toppings? Also, I asked for the pizza to be well done & it wasn't....even after they re-made the pizza! Guess they don't know that well done means putting the pizza back in the oven for half a cycle after one full cycle. (I worked at little caesars before but hey what do I know) Lol this place is a joke just like the one by Baptist Homestead.Oh yeah & the girl in the front with glasses has an amazing attitude. Way to go little caesars!
After 9pm you can't get anything but cheese or pepperoni and that's only if it's already made. Can't pay cash for delivery or pay cash when you order online ahead of time or order online an pay cash when u pick it up. Not good for people who don't have credit cards.
We ordered 2 pizzas and they delivered using DoorDarsh. One pizza was missing and neither DoorDarsh or Little Caesar knew anything about it and took forever for the customers service to respond. I had to go myself to the Caesars Pizza location and not even then they found my Pizza. The finally produce the pizza that I had to wait for. Pizza quality was very poor and the location was overcrowded and dirty and noisy. Seriously not a good place to go for your meal.
