Chorizo... for me the best pizza especially after reheat it in an oven
Really bad customer service, I wanted a pizza and they said they're were closed and it was only 9:30 when the sing say they close at 10, lazy people working there, not going back ever... Q???????
I ordered online and created a pizza with mushrooms, extra cheese, extra ham and extra pineapple; when I picked it up and checked the pizza, it was completely regular amount of ingredients (almost nothing), I asked to the front counter guy to please add the ingredients I paid for and told me they needed to make a new pizza and I needed to wait 10 min, after 10 minutes he gave me the same pizza and now it was cold. I just didn’t want to lose my time, it is always a waste of time and money at that store, they have the worst costumer service.If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely do it.
Really bad. . We had customer service complaints before regarding this particular store...we gave it a try again today, so we did not have contact with the employees... This time extra mostiiest pizza sucked... less than 10 pepperonies in the whole pie and it tasted like a bad pizza hut....
Horrible! Placed order thru door dash last night. Delivery was great! Custom pizza & pizza bread horrible! Thin crust no sauce, seems they just tossed everything in a rush & put closed sign up! Will never order from there again. Trying to reach headquarters get refund what a joke! I hope they go out of business! Hope all these huge corporations go out of business! What they deserve! So much for great food & customer service, ridiculous!
This store can have long lines but Little Ceasars has one of the best mobile app and pick-up processes. It is always entertaining to watch the faces of all the annoyed people in line as I walk right past, scan my phone, grab my pizza, and leave.The few times I have interacted with the staff, it has not been great but that is rather typical of Miami customer service. Unless you have something cold you need for your order, you can avoid them with the app.We have never had an issues with our order and this location has the typical Little Ceasars quality and cost.Use the app and don't show up until the system says your order is ready for pick-up.
The cashier there was very polite and it was nice and clean

This place takes too long to make the pizzas, you may even take up to an hour waiting regardless if you pay online or in person. Employees need to make multiple batches rather than wait and do them one by one.
The lines at Little Caesars are always long. But they made this process even simpler. Just download the app and wait like 30 minutes and your pizza is ready. You don't have to go and wait to pay for a pizza and then wait for your pizza to be made. You make this process way more faster and you won't get a headache.-Bluick
