Took about an hour waiting for the"hot and ready" pizza?
Slow service. Hair has been in my food. Delivery order typically wrong.
My order took over 30 mins and I ordered on the app. I arrived and it wasn't ready ppl were walking in and ordering there and received their orders first. Once I got the pizza it gave us a stomach ache. Don't think I'll be returning there
Good and not expensive pizza, not the best but great when you need to get fast food for a party because they have the pizza ready and fresh to take out. And the prices are the best deal they have.
I always order through the app and my order is never ready... always have to wait an additional 15-30
Been waiting almost an hour after I placed an order online. The manager is this short Spanish lady with glasses who is very rude. This location needs to be closed down. It’s always packed, no Covid restrictions. No standing 6 feet apart and the wait times are ridiculous. They ask you to pay then make you wait for hours literally. Fire thjs manager asap
I learned English when we came to the states. But st almostv71 i guess I gotta learn another language- so that another newcomers ( like we were) doesn't have to even learn one & gets an attitude that i don't speak Spanish. The other x 3 languages i know don't count for "0". This is wrong. Glad im retired cuz would not b able to get a job in a place I've lived almost 70 yrs. Im being discriminated against!
Pizza was cold and and with it customer service was trash they treated us very poorly after an hour wait for an Italian cheese bread which if you know is basically 3 slices of pizza they took an hourrrrrrrrr the crazy bread had a hair on it to top it off ??♀️
Pizza was cold and we waited for almost 2 hours for it on top of which was nasty and had the wrong ingredients
