Pro tip: Take a number. And listen for it in Spanish. The kind lady who helped me spoke English, so no problem if you don't speak Spanish, but probably a good idea to let them know when you walk in.Their menu is a bit extensive and in Spanish, and it is quite busy here, so it is better to have some idea of what you want before walking in.I chose a large 3 scoop of "hard pack" ice cream but it wasn't really hard, just not swirl soft serve. The flavors are awesome. I had mamey, strawberry, and tequila. All were excellent and tasted homemade (strawberry had frozen strawberry chunks in it). Cost was $5. The kitchen staff will give you a paper ticket that you use to pay at the register in front of the door. There isn't any place to sit and eat here, but you can walk across the street to a small park (mostly concrete) if you want to eat there.
First time going to this location, we have been to a different location in the past, and the quality, the flavor and the freshness of the products is the same, definitely a place you want to go back to keep trying all the different flavors they offer. When we got there I thought it was going to take a while to order for the amount of people ordering in front of us, but in less than a minute we were placing our order. Prices are extremely good for the quality of products you are getting. They don't have tables inside, but there is a park right in front where you and your family can seat and enjoy your ice creams, paleta, churros, etc.
Tasty, refreshing and amazing. The place was packed but there was order. I can't tell you how many types and flavors there were. I'll be going back.
Wow! Amazing ice cream for a really affordable price. Ended up getting the ferrero ice cream flavor and was not disappointed. Seems we arrived at a good time as we left there was a crazy long line!
The best hand made paletas and ice creams!
WOW.....I have been trying to come to this place and finally NO LINE ite did fiilled up quickly after we came in.....it's an ice cream place with many flavors and combinations.....all I tasted from my friends were Yummylicious, luscious, creamy and in all flavorful......I had the Angrl Kiss and Cappuccino and it was OMG delish....they also sale hot dogs, corn on the cob Mexican way, fried ice cream, churros, paletas and many other sweet treats......pay them a visit its worth it.
I would give this 5 stars , if we were talking about just their large selection of delicious treats. However this establishment is long overdue for some renovations/upgrade or even simply expansion. They are the top spot for ice cream locally due to the variety of delicious and exotic flavors, yet they have not changed their old signs, they are packed to brim on most days , only take cash , and do not have someone to take care of the outside or inside cleanliness. For the amount of thriving business they sure don't use it on their own store. They still get a solid 3 stars because the staff is friendly and they are quick to fix mistakes in an order.
This Place has the best icecream in the world! I always swing by anytime im around Miami or going to the keys. The Mamey and Guanabana icecream is very much on point and so are all the different juices they offer!
We were very impressed with the selection of desserts! We got ice cream and fruit bars and they were all absolutely delicious! The staff was so friendly and hard working. We didn't know many of the Spanish words but they took time to help us on a very busy evening. The place was full of customers and I can see why!
Love this place. Their paletas are authentic, glad to see them expanding and now I can get some of them at Walmart. Congrats La Michoacán’s.
