Jacob at this store was all by himself one day due to recent layoffs. He was very courteous and professional and explained why some items could not be made due being the only one on shift. I give him cudos for stating it up front. We need more Jacob's
STAY AWAY, longest drive thru ever it looks like they don't care either, after 30 min wait stuck with cars behind and in front their coffee was terrible they always have an issue with drive-thru second time this happen to me here and the last ???
Wish we could put zero star. They always run out of donuts! The wait in the drive through is horrible, over 5minuted wait for you to order than get to the window to be told that they don’t have donuts at all. That place should just close because they have nothing to sell. Wasting electricity and space.
Provides the wrong order consistently and always a long wait for service both inside and drive through. Seems like they are constantly under staffed and staff not properly trained. This is a very poor location that really sucks.
Walk in and literally waited 10 min for someone to attend us. Young lady was in the back on her phone sitting down,The rudest worker I’ve ever encounter. I said hello and she didn’t even acknowledge me. So rude!!! Never again am I coming back ! If Dunkin cares for their customers they’ll start with getting rid of these rude employees .
The service here is horrible, employees are halfway paying attention, you can hear the attitude through the speaker. Its a very busy location but service shouldn’t change regardless of how busy you are.
I had the worse experience ordering online at this store on Campbell Dr in Homestead. After waiting in the drive thru for about 15 mins, I was told they didn’t have the ingredient to complete my order and offered other alternatives (none that I liked). I ask to be refunded and was told they were not able to do so with much attitude (no manager or supervisor on site). After asking a couple of times, I was given a phone number to a person they claimed to be the manager (spoke very little English) that wasn’t able to provide any help and told me I have to call corporate (oh, and he didn’t know the corporate number). Thanks to google I was able to find the number and called. Corporate was not much help either. 1st, I was told that they might not be able to give me back my refund since I am not DD registered member. Finally after providing the store number 353924, along with other information on my receipt, I was told that it will take about 2 wks for the refund department to review the case and refund the money. WTH?!?!? I can absolutely say it was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced from top to bottom (corporate, manager to store employees)!!! Say what you want about Starbucks, but they can teach them a thing or two about online ordering and customer service. Wish I could give this store a ZERO!
They refused to give my dog a pup cup!?! Unbelievable ? coffee is okay •~• I’m gonna start going to star bucks >~
As always there's a little wait early morning but it's so worth it with such a friendly staff. Order is always fresh and hot.
I wish there google had negative stars!! Rude staff, poor Quality of Service. Probably one of the worst coffee stops ever been to. Hope they can improve!
