This place does a great job of keeping every other pizza joint in town more profitable than them.Avoid at all cost I've lived in Honestead 12 years. This is my third time orderimg from here because it always a disaster. I honestly think they sell more then pizza there because i have no clue how there still in business. I ordered wings and dip and bread sticks . I saw my order leave the l9ocation at 2 and go around homestead for an hour. Pasdomg my neighborhood twice I had to leave the house for an appointment tried calling them to cancel and no answer on hold for 20 minutes. They arrived almost 2 hours after placing my order. Thank goodness I chose to pay cashHonestly just go anywhere else but here
Norman totally took care of my large order to be delivered over a week out. He made me comfortable with all of the delivery details!
I had a order for pizza, chicken, bread, and pasta, and chicken Caesar salad but they forgot my salad and some of the sauces I ordered. The food was alright but when I called back to ask about my salad they hung up on me. I won't ever place another order there again.
Second time I'm disappointed in this place.I dont know who is managing it but this is how the pizzas showed up at my home.I will never order from this location again.
The guy who claims to be the manager, aka Tyreek if that’s his real name ..the guy cancel my order states he called my phone and it said my phone was out of service ..that’s not what you say to customers my phone is always paid smh and then it was 10pm when I arrived and the store closes at 12am him and another buddy of his just hanging out stealing company money smh the store manager is not good having corn ball employees like this .
PLACE an order and after 1 hour call to see status. employee said that will take like almost +1 hour to deliver. Mind that I place the order at 9:30pm. unacceptable. sorry Dominos, you lost another customer
Really bad, bad service. I ordered a pizza for my daughter and the driver called me saying that he can't find the address, so I try to help him thru the call, minutes later he said that he was going back to the store with the pizza cause he couldn't find the address and nothing more. So I had to go to pick it up by myself, nobody called me from the store saying anything at least that another driver was coming, I tried to call no answer so I couldn't cancel it. when I got there the pizza was cold, when I explained what happened,nobody said nothing or any explanation at all.Terrible.
This place has gone down hill. You can't get a delivery without waiting an 1 and a half. If you are picking up u have to wait the same. They said my order would be ready in 50 minutes if I pick up. Came in 50 minutes later and they said it would be another 25 minutes. This is ridiculous!!! I am done ordering here! I will take my business elsewhere!
It has been two hours and we still haven't received our pizza, everytime you try to call it has a busy signal. The phones must be offline or off the hook. We can't even get any help or service. This is the last time we order dominos from this location. I'm appalled at how bad it is. And we haven't even gotten our pizza
Placed an online order, after 1 hour and 30 min, it said delivered....it was not. Tried calling, busy signal. I go to the store, and now the order has been canceled. Do you think they called? Nope. The order was sitting there minus the salad. After going back and forth, they decided to give me the order. Never going back there. Domino's, with all the advertising, should be ashamed. Now I see an ad and laugh. I'll go somewhere else from now on.
