Horrible service today. I walked out. I just stood at the coffee counter (where we always order and then pay at the register )while 2 other ladies watched me stand and wait for service for and 10 minutes. Served others. Then a woman comes out and points to the cash register and speaks Spanish. ?. I dislike living in south Florida and not speaking Spanish. Everyone else was served. And the woman at the register didn’t say anything to us the whole time. I’ll probably never go here again. Very rude.
Need to find better employees or at least train then , made an order for pick up and was told to make the line , made the line and when my turn is called cashier tells me that this only to order that I have to step aside an wait for another employee , no way I'm coming back rather pay more at Pinecrest . Cheesecake ?
Spectacular place to purchase bread, coffee and many other things!!
The food and coffee is good but the quality in service isn’t great. This is the third time I get left on hold for longer than 5-10 minutes. I get it, your busy, but even bother picking up the phone if you’re not ready to take my order.
Wonderful place. Best empanadas in South Fl. We had them at 5 places and these were the best.in our humble opinion.

Pastries taste amazing!! Will definitely go back!Only getting 3 stars because there is no signage for ordering and pickup/pay. When I entered there were 3 people, I entered and went to the register where the 3 persons were lined up, when it was my turn the women in the registered said that ordering was on the front corner counter where now there were people at and I had to wait all over again.Also the taller pastries like the fudged cake was all squished to the top of the box. I ordered these for a party and the smudged cakes look horrible.So to sum up. PASTRIES WHERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! they definitly need signage and boxes for the taller pastries.
A must visit breakfast place in Florida city. No need to go to Cuba, jyst come here.
Bakery items did not seem nor tasted as fresh. Not what's expected of a bakery.
Food always hits the spot but the customer service isnt the best. I come here on a regular basis and the majority of the staff is rude.
