Extremely busy place. The servers don't have much finesse when distributing the ingredients. The server would get a scoop of beans and put 2/3 of the beans in one taco and then just little tiny dabbles in the other two. He wouldn't go back in and get a few more beans to make it even. At one point I had to ask him to add more chicken to one of the tacos because he had like two little pieces in one taco. Nothing was evenly distributed. They ran out of hard shell tacos and they had to have one soft shell to complete my order. They were very busy and they were very few clean tables. The workers were all very friendly. Personally, I'm not a big fan of chipotle. I don't like their flavors and their lack of ingredients. There's no olives, the shredded lettuce is huge chunks, there's no refried beans, and the sour cream is watered down. We were with some people that wanted to stop because there's not one near their house.
Ordered a salad bowl that was meant to have meat alongside it. Instead of meat, they poured so much sour cream that the meal was uneatable. I wouldn't even eat what they gave me if it was free. This was an absolute waste of money and time on my behalf. I don't recommend this restaurant for anyone.
When you pay full price you shouldn’t get half a bowl it’s a shame that a mega corporation can’t tech employees how to make a bowl
Food is good. When you order on the app the food sometimes take longer than your pickup time. Decently clean and average customer service. Average price for any takeout. Still love the quesadillas tho
I work in the same shopping center. So I understand that we get pretty busy around here. That's why I give my order and extra 15 minutes before you even picking it up. The girl who was trying to look at my order just walks away and I have to explain to somebody else what is going on.. then when they go through my email and my receipt and my credit card charge to see that I actually did place an order, nobody says anything and so I wait another 5 minutes of my lunch break, to see if someone's going to make the burrito that I ordered and then they look at me like oh we're making it now.. I'm sorry if that's kind of hard to believe when the people who are standing there are making bowls which is not what I ordered ..if you have an upset customer I think that you should address them first because I came 15 minutes after the allotted time that they said it was going to be ready in the first place. It had been a while since I even there, and now I remember why
Sadly this place has gone downhill. There is always an issue with every pickup order. Items like chips or guac are missing (Yes I should check before I leave). The disrespect of putting four pieces of meat when you pay for double. The guac is all brown but of course since it’s for pickup they avoid you and put whatever since they aren’t seeing your face. I love getting the leftovers and food that’s been out for a while! Don’t bother going after 7pm they try to stretch the food as long as they can to avoid cooking or getting a fresh batch. It’s disgusting and the taste of the food is a hit or a miss. Long time ago saw a girl severely sick grilling the meat. Poor her and being understaffed. Find another location!
Food is prepared behind a glass partition. You select the items you want. Food is slid down a metal shelf and 3 servers add your choice of food. They bag your food, so you have the option to dine inside or take your order to go. Then the cashier is conveniently at the end of the line. They give you a cup, and you go to the drink dispensary and prepare your drink, pick up plastic utensils, napkins and straws. Choose any table. Food is served on aluminum foil or pan.
We stopped to visit friends in this town when coming back in from the Keys, and were glad to find a Chipotle here because we eat vegan and were very hungry. The food was delicious like every location. There was plenty of seating and we enjoyed the outdoor area because the weather was so nice. The only con was the men's restroom had a weird location in the store, to when the store got really busy it was hard to access because people were standing all around it and I was afraid to hit somebody with the door coming out.
It was my first time at the restaurant as soon I walked up the girl asked me what I wanted to order I ask her about the quesadillas and was told had to order online came back online the girl was a little rude. Than I told her it was my first time they were trying to rush me turn the process. Than kinda got a attitude when repeated to her something. I wouldn’t have to repeat myself if u at least like u heard me. Than the girl at the register rings me up only charged me 2 meals when I ordered 3. Than I had to make another transaction in which she didn’t even give me 2 lemonades I asked for. She only gave me 1. I hated the environment it’s was full of high kids. I hated the whole experience over priced I paid $46 on 3 meals and a lemonade
I travel a lot, and I always find my self at chipotle. I’m from Tampa where chipotle employees don’t mind serving a nice plate of food. I’ve been to this location twice now and I’ve never had this issue. But this last visit something was off. I waited patiently for the guy in the back to cut the steak but I couldn’t help but notice he was purposely moving slower than necessary. Then the girl serving us, which I wish I had her name. She was in such a bad mood. Served me such a small amount of rice and when I kindly asked her to please put more she added maybe a tea spoon. Then serving the meat, I wasn’t even about to ask her to add more - for the first time I had to ask for double meat. I’ve never had the need before but with her serving it was a must. My plate was somehow still not as full as I’m used to. Normally my lettuce is over flowing but this time they were able to shut the plate with no problems! I didn’t say anything, I blamed it on my pregnancy and thought I was just being extra. But then my partner stressed the same concern and even asked me for some meat for his wrap because it barely had any. Not cool.
