THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! I came in at 8:44pm ordered at 8:50pm IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET MY ORDER! They tried to make me pay $10 per person for a game that was playing on the tvs special it started at 10 pm but it was their fault for taking 2 HOURS to make an order. I asked for take out it took 30 MINUTES to get my order and it came out COLD, the tots didn’t have any potato filling it’s mostly just the toast, they didn’t give me the extra lemon pepper rub I asked for they just sprinkled the boneless and traditional wings with nothing, the wings were so STALE. Just horrible.
While the server was nice the service was not. Food took way to long to arrive at the table and was warm at best. The manager was approached about what was taking so long and said he would look into it but never came back to check on us. It then took another 30 minutes for the server to come back to get the check and to go boxes. The interaction with the manager was more disappointing and the poor service. All around disappointing experience and will probably look elsewhere before going back.
Great atmosphere and the server at the bar, Channel, she was great! Love the Irish car bombs! The good was delicious and I recommend the cheese curds!
My wife and I love coming here for happy hour/lunch even though we're closer to chili's is because of Chanel! best bar tender they have! Only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because when Andrea is working the bar instead of Chanel the experience just isn't as good, less attentive. Good service is hard to find, keep Chanel behind the bar! My wife and I love it here
Very excellent service! The waiters were so sweet and caring and asked us various times if everything was okay, all these negative reviews don’t sound real.. but anyways amazing job! Would love to eat here again!
This place has gone to the dumps! I paid $18 for a plate of tater tots! It came with the smallest portion of brisket possible! The service was terrible as I could not find our waitress after being served this overpriced kids meal! My lady had the boneless chicken wings and got rock-hard fried tenders! It was terrible! The manager did not even offer to remove the items and expected payment for the horrendous food! I'll be back alone next time so I can make a scene. My lady wouldn't let me while we were there...everthing looks good on the commercial, but in there...good luck getting good food!
They close 45 mins before 12 for dine in apparently, and night staff are very rude and unprofessional. As you can see the staff huddled in a corner watching us and laughing about ignoring us.On top of it we get home after finally getting wings and the Buffalo wings have no buffalo sauce at all(as you can see from the pic the plate in the top left corner). Soad get a hold of your night shift team because all around this was an atrocious experience. After we expressed our poor experience with your rude staff the food could have at least been on point.
When you set up an order more than an hour ahead of time, you shouldn't have to wait another 15 minutes for your order. The lady at the Takeout counter wasn't the least bit empathetic. As far as the quality of the food, I should have just gone to Wendy's right up the street. I'll spare the Anthony Bourdain commentary. I'm only in town for a month, but they're off my list.
My order wasn't ready or received, I ordered and paid online, they finally found my order and said they would rush it. I told them not to rush they might get it wrong. Of course they got it wrong, I paid almost $100 for terrible wings, my wrap was horrible, cheese cake was dry etc.... I will never order food from there again. I only gave 3 stars because they have a huge bar and sports on about 30 different TV.
It's impeccable every time. You can count on it, I go there 3 times a month and never leave unsatisfied, I was just wondering when you guys will have beer cheese to dip the everything pretzel knots in again.
