I was excited to come to this place because I have had zero degrees mangonade signature drink before. This time around I was actually doing the review and ratings think. 1. Problem was, it smelled. Someone must have used a dirty mop or this place hasn’t had a good top to bottom cleaning in a while. Second problem, the mangonade I was craving for, I couldn’t get because some of the ingredients for this drink where out. Hopefully they read this review and fix the few problems I’m pointing out. My wife didn’t want to order food because it smelled so bad. We end up having WAWA instead.

Love coming here! Tiger sugar milk tea is my favorite as well as the salt & pepper chicken (medium) 10/10. Original elote is also the best. Highly recommended. Flavors are always consistent. Rice by itself is bland though.

I love going to Zero degrees for indulgent boba drinks. We got the Thai camo, Cookie Monster, and Strawberry Horchata. We got them after dinner and they served as the perfect dessert. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth!

Matcha was always my go to flavor for anything. Tea, latte, pancakes, ice cream and milkshake. That changed when I had the ube flavor. It was smooth and creamy and not to sweet but the right amount of sweet. Would recommend.

my wife orders the 2nd one with no ice because we have a long road trip. Because By the time she drinks the second one it’s watered down. guys that’s why she orders 2. So with no ice the specifically say we only fill up 75%. Lol. This is a franchise!!!! Is it that serious? You just lost 2 dollar tip for tea spoon of tea. My goodness

Staff was very patient with the kiddos and friendly and food was tasty and prepared very quickly. Sweetness level on the drinks could be a bit higher but we still enjoyed them.

Wow, disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe this experience. While the service was okay, and the ambiance mediocre, the food was simply not good. The rice and corn had absolutely no flavor - none. The carne asada fries was a soggy assortment of carnival cheese sauce, guac sauce, and “meat”; and if you ever had Bar Rita’s carne asada fries, this was a travesty in comparison. They have some interesting beverage options, but even that seemed to be a hit or miss. The chicken is probably the best thing they have going for them. The place however, was consistently busy so I suppose there is something enticing people, but from our experience this place is overhyped and lacks authenticity.TLDR: overhyped

My new favorite place. They have so many different options to choose from but my favorite is pina colada

Zero degrees by far has the best Thai tea I've ever had besides the one my sister in law makes. They also have pretty good snacks to enjoy such as popcorn chicken, fries and corn and much more.

Definitely not as good as the pictures. My first and last time eating here. I ordered chicken wings and asked for ranch (obviously) then when I got my food I asked for ranch bc it wasn't there and they told me.i had to pay extra when I made it clear to Haley the cashier that I wanted ranch (which should come with chicken wings regardless) as I'm sitting there some random girl I'm guessing friend of the staffs not wearing a mask walks back in the kitchen and I hear a whole bunch of cussing (not cool my 3 year old was right there). Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
