Went there yesterday for the first time and had the most wonderful experience ever. The young lady in the front by the name of Redd was sweet and very informative on what you guys served. Her customer service was A1. I told her keep up the good job. Redd made feel like family with her warm smile. She was able to answer all of my questions and so patient with me as well. I will most definitely be back. ?
This was my first visit to this establishment,not visible from street view,clean environment,friendly Staff,food was good,but they’re having an issue with their payment method..Apparently after pay your total amount for your order including tax online,When you arrive to pickup your order the cashier tells you that you have an outstanding balance due to an error within their system. I spoke to the manager& he cleared up the situation,but I will not be returning to this location until their payment ?method has been updated..I’am not comfortable with how payments are being handled.” PLEASE FIX IT”
First Time at this location and it is a great spot. The employees princess,teddy and Carlos are welcoming and friendly and the vibes are nice. The egg rolls are great and the fries were fresh, some a little undercooked but not many! Sooo tasty, as the food should be. Thanks to the employees I had a great experience. As they say... WORLD FAMOUS!!!
This was my first time trying visiting & trying this world’s famous & I was very pleased. Their customer service was top notch & communication with me was amazing. Their cashier I believe, Taila, greeted me with a beautiful smile & toke my order. She also communicated with me, while I was waiting, which I found comforting. Their lobby was very clean & pleasing. Their chicken egg roll was chef’s kiss. It was made very freshly & hot, which is how i love my food to be. The only complaint I would have is why haven’t I found this restaurant earlier !!!!
10/10 experience thanks to your wonderful cashier who really made my day. Allison has a wonderful personality and even helped me on what i should get being that it was my first time. She was very patient with me and all my questions.Would definitely come back thanks to her have to try out all her recommendations! The chicken and waffles were delicious!!!!
