Wingtip in Memphis really had me thinking that this place wasn't good but this wingstop location in Florida was on point my lemon pepper wings and voodoo fries were so good I took an order to go
my wallet was stolen by one of the employees been waiting for the manager to call me back and they keep ignoring me. i left my cards on purpose and tracked down the video from the gas station they tried to use them at. the employee who stole my wallet payed my meal so i wouldn't notice as i have no charges on any of my cards, yet received my food and they claimed i payed for it. when i went to the store to ask if there where cameras to see if i dropped it or what happened they started saying i was accusing them of stealing it made me feel very uncomftoble, i ate here a few times a week will not be returning. i was told the general manager would contact me but never happened. i will not go to an establishment that i have to be worried about stuff like this. chicken isn't that good. been a customer since the orginal wingstop in ivesdairy since i was in high school not coming back again.
I use to love this Wingstop! Best hands down but lately they have fell off. Wings are never well done as requested , and I’ve been an hour for my food.
Asked for extra wet wings , they were dry. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries , there was none at all. Ordered via phone, my food was ready when I got there BUT I still waited 7 mins for them to give it to me after asking for my name twice and then saying “your order is ready it’s right here” pointing to the food shelf. So obviously my food was cold once revived. The food and service is normally excellent when the lady who states she is the owner is there, otherwise it’s horrible !
***ALERT*** Save your cash DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!! I placed an order and ask for 10drums and 10 flats, when I got to the office there were 8 drums and only 2 flats with oil dripping all over the tray. Lastly I called to speak to the manager and was on hold for 1hour, seems like the wings was refried. Jus NASTY ?
I've been going to that Wings Stop location on Sheridan Street since November 2021,mostly around the same times 3pm or after 3pm.The food always.......... fresh, all the staffs very respectful and Friendly **Specially Ms trish.
Sheridan Location... Hands Down is the best and I mean always. Everytime I order it's online and when I get there my food is hot, fresh and ready for pick up without incident. The staff is always super sweet, and organized no matter if there is a long line or not, they got it together. I will always order from this location and this location only. Thank you for all that you do, yall make Wingstop look damn good! :)
Best Wingstop I Had Thus Far … All wing stops don’t taste the same I guess it depends on who cooks it but This wingstop in particular is the best so far in all of Broward County Fl. Will recommend to everyone !!!
They close at 11:30pm, but I showed up at 10:30pm to order my chicken and they lady said they stop taking orders at 10:30pm. How in the world you stop taking orders 1 hr before you close??? I guess this franchise isn't about their money. ???
Really irritating when you ask for a id for a card purchase in store but no I’d required for online ordering…. This wing stop will lose my business
