Got the cravings for fries at 11pm. There was no line and I was waiting at the window for 5 mins. I thought I would be getting fresh, crispy, hot fries. I was thoroughly disappointed when they were cold, soggy, and seemed like they were fried 30 mins ago.
Very professional staff. Food was ready in a good amount of time. The staff show how experience she is and took time to make sure my food was hot. I do appreciate that it was not rushed out to me cold or barely warmed. It only took 3 minutes to get my order. That is amazing service.
You should be ready to spend 15 minutes (minimum) in line to make a drive through order - @ $5 dollar a gallon of gas
The young girl at the drive thru is too slow and can’t multitask. Barely hear her at the drivethru speaker(doesn’t speak loud enough). The older lady that is usually there is fast and friendly and speaks clearly on the drive thru speaker.
Worst Wendy’s ever. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was terrible. The first experience the lady that took my order was rude as hell! The second experience, my order was very messed up. Total opposite of what I ordered but yet charged me for something completely different. When this was brought to their attention they laughed about it and were being extremely inappropriate about it.They made me park and told me they would bring the food out to me and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have my food. They were better off refunding me and having me and my daughter go about our day. Wendy’s needs to do a better job with their hiring process and needs to have a manager around at all times. Clearly there was no supervision because they were careless and unbothered like little children being left home alone for the first time. Extremely frustrating.
Young manager has terrible attitude and they dint honor their own coupons. Store looks old and dirty.
Just Left there. Fries Cold and cooked in oil with spicy stuff. Hamburger was to be onions, pickles MUSTARD. Got all the way.. Hate Ketchup>> FRIES OLD COLD HARD AS ROCKS.... PERSN WHO TOOK MY PAYMENT NEVER SAID A WORD. PERSON WHO DELIVERED FOOD ONLY SAID THIS IS ALL YOU GOT? I choose to come to your Wendy's Maybe time to go to others AREA. i have to drive no matter what none near my house............
Drive-through. It taste like what you expect from a Wendys. My order was missing chicken nuggets which was paid already through mobile app.
Try the Fish, you won't be disappointed. This location consistently provides fresh food and great service.
We used drive-thru on a Friday evening around 7pm. There wasn't much of a line. (3 cars ahead of us) but there was a considerable delay after we ordered. But not enough to cause a problem. May be 7 min. Our order was a little wrong. Wrong sandwich and missing condiments for chicken nuggets. The staff was friendly but they need to be more detailed in their food delivery. Probably won't go back to this one.
