Super bad, I went at about 9 and the service was horrible and they charged 40?? For just 3 meals when we orders 4. Unbelievable.. the woman attending us kept going on her phone and talking to her headset so of course she got the order wrong, then teenage boys in the back laughing at me and my mother when we claimed our order was wrong. ?♀️
I went there with my girlfriend before adopting a dog oddly enough she said she had something on her partial and the roof of her mouth she went into the bathroom to rinse your mouth out and there was a bumble bee or a wasp I don't know the difference didn't have a stinger but it must have been in the food she was a little freaked out. It happens. No worries. The lady behind the counter was so sweet. Breath of fresh air for Wendy's. Hang on to her she's a good one
The food was horrible never had fry's that burned the nuggets we're hard and pineapple mango lemonade was horrible. I really don't know how this workers thought that was quality food to give to a paying customer. I haven't been to a wendy's in a long time now I know why. And I'm not coming back
Hi, to put a name here my name is Halee. I’ve tried ordering from here through Uber Eats multiple times, and this is the only location that will continuously mess up the order, cancel, or close early and I’m absolutely fed up. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and if you aren’t going to be open, turn off the UberEats, if you are going to get in trouble for doing so then you deserve to get in trouble. I have waited and tried giving this location chance after chance, but even in person it is just a nasty establishment, and I hope the Health Department goes in as a surprise sometime and sees the employees breaking every rule in the book, especially doing times of COVID. Place needs Corporate to come by and fire and hire an entire crew because this is ridiculous. Do NOT go here, where through Uber or not. Latest visit was 5/30/22 at 10:15 PM, when they say they are open until 3 AM, they at drive through said they were closed and they “cancelled my order,” which they did not, I went through Uber and was almost charged a fee

Customer service is severely lacking here. The tone and body language of the cashier was disturbing. They messed up the order and I didn't even care to change it. Apart from that the food was good. Loved the fries!!!!
Ordered a Salad . Was to have cheese and croutons. However had nothing but chicken and lettuce. Big disappointment. Cost over 7 dollars. Too much to get back in the car and take it back. I’ll not go there again!
Literally the worst Wendy’s I have been to. I live close by, so I’ve experienced their nonsense on more than one occasion. Many times during the day the dining area is closed and only the drive through is open, so you would order food through the app and have to join the long line in the drive through to get the food, since you can’t pick it up in the dining room. Then they’re supposed to close at 3am, but sometimes they close at before 1am or whenever they decide they’re ready to go home I guess. New management is desperately needed here.
This location should close their doors and save the public from unacceptable experiences. The circus of adolescents running this place have zero manners, poor operational skills, and a significant indifference towards the concept of customer service. Food was sloppy, fries were cold and greasy, prices incongruent with quality. Place is closed at times scheduled to be opened; property looks dirty and unsanitary; service is very very slow.
OMG! Horrible Service? I don’t know what happened. These employees think they own the place. Corporate should look into this fast food they are very nasty and always give you the wrong order. No napkins no ketchup no sauce even if you ask for it. Try to order breakfast the girl was so nasty that I decided not to purchase after a long wait. Never going there again.
