This is not a very customer friendly location reason for that is I had a very bad experience with both Male And Female Latino MangersAnd Lazy Worker's on the Night Shift ?.Plus they are very slow inside having conversations while the drive thru is back up and people leaving with over 15 cars waiting there for over 30 minutes in line .Plus they Tried to price Gouge Me Once Tried to charge me a different price from what's on the Menu Board.Even Tried with holding my Receipt from me and when I asked for it A Male And Female night shift Mangers started arguing with me Just because I asked them for my Receipt saying am causing problem just asking for a simple Receipt which is the Law .I love Wendy's but these people are messing up the store ? ? ? ?.They are very bad for Business.
Drive thru's always running slow even when it's not a busy . I believeCustomers should always get their receipts regardless we shouldn't have to beg it when I asked for receipt the lady told me they don't give provide receipts at the drive thru which is new to me when I kept insisting she said the printer has been broken so I left without it.
I was a customer here before I was a former employee so when I come to order and the food I paid 20 dollars for isn't fresh I don't expect to be treated any different then any other customer at your drive up the midget at the window literally fought the driver who speaks no Spanish then me in spanish about me asking for fresh fish then proceeded to slam the bags upset in the garbage bin while giving us the evil eye one how do you work at the window and not speak English 2 we were the ONLY car at the drive up food should have been fresh no excuse
You should have to prove you have insurance before ordering the grilled chicken sandwich so that you can call an ambulance when you choke on the dryest piece of chicken you've ever suffered to eat.The fries are crispy sometimes. 2 stars.
I Wendy's restaurant in oakwood plaza on 6/14/22 at 545pm I had a nasty experience in the drive thru I ordered 3 small strawberry frost on the menu board it said. .89 cents got to the window they wanted to charge me $1.89 the window worker was nasty and another lady came up showed me a kida cup and you could get this for .89
OMG. They have strawberry ? frosty.. Thee best. Seems to be a new crew working and I love it. They are friendly and fast
Well! If your looking for some fast food at 11.30pm this is the place . After picking up my acquaintance from the fort lauderdale international airport. I was super hungry and end it up here. It also has a gas station near by in case you are all looking for both things at the same time.
Great take out service. A little busy, but the service was really fast.
This place you never know when it's open it's open some days in the morning and is it some days is not open.Just look at all these negative reviews! Does anyone read them and make the necessary changes ?
I pull up the Wendy’s at 10:28 get to the drive-through at 10:30 try to order breakfast and they say they’re out of breakfast so I’m posting this on Instagram Facebook and then next I’ll go over and put it somewhere else I can find it until I can look up the number on the Internet to call management let them know it’s only 1032 right now. So my first update is I call the store number it goes to voicemail voicemail is full. My second update is a guy comes out and tells me there’s a line behind me I tell my I know I want order breakfast. He tells me that it’s not that they didn’t want to serve me at 10:30 it’s that they were him out of breakfast stuff a long time ago and they been turning away people all morning. I’m not sure if it’s true or not but I’m still going to contact somebody higher up and Wendy’s let them know that they don’t answer the phone and they ran out of food. Can’t be good for a companies profit margin to not have any food to sell
