This has to be the worst Wendy's in existence! Horrible service and horrible food! I strongly recommend choosing another location no matter the inconvenience. Ugh!!
I just waited in line for about 30 minutes just for them to say the system is down. If they actually cared about customer service, they would not allow a line to build up while they occasionally communicate an issue with their customers. Smh.
First time at this location. Walked in, waited, walked right out. The woman who seemed to be the manager was taking care of 2 others who already had their order. There were 5 other workers behind her, so we waited. She started talking about her paper cut from plastic, I said yeah those are bad along with cardboard. She only kept talking to the 2 other white customers and went to get the guy a baked potato. She never even acknowledged we were there. We waited then left. Looks like she only likes to acknowledge white customers. I think at this Wendy's we have the power of invisibility.
As much as I love Wendy's, this location often has issues. Either they close early without any notice on the drive thru while you wait to place an order or the machine is down so you cannot order at all. It's hit or miss to get Wendy's at all at this location.
Poor. Poor. POOR SERVICE!!!! Save your money! Waited in line for the longest while, first issue is the computer rebooting. Left. returned waited lonnggggg again only to be told only cash no card. Save your dollars trust me. Worst wendys yet!
Fish sandwich was good, but the "supposedly" hot and crispy fries were "warm and soft!" We drove away before I tasted them. Now I know why I don't frequent Wendy's! ?
If I could give this place no starts trust me I would the Worst Wendy’s do not come to this location there customer service is bad.The manager is always shouting at the employee’s in front of customer’s very rude and improper.I had bought breakfast recently my order was the maple bacon sandwich itself and the sausage croissant combo with black coffee.After getting my meal,my way home my meal was burnt I repeat BURNT! I called the merchant directly spoken to the manager and she has the audacity to say to me I quote ‘Well that couldn’t be because the food had just got of the grill,so there’s no way it was burnt’ like are you kidding me I don’t know why they hire these people if they don’t know proper customer service don’t t promote them.You don’t treat anyone that way she’s just a miserable lady.
went here the night b4 last and the last time i was in hollywood and they was ight,i had ordered a 4 for 4 and was still hungry so i spent the block to get a burger for me and my friend reese and by the time i ordered the 2 burgers and a fry i realized that 7 dollars and change was finna be charged i coulda got another 4 for 4 and when i got to the first window to ask the guy could i change my order he asked the lady up front and she said no,so long story short i shoulda went to arbys and got some buffalo chicken sliders instead of sliding there.
I I went to this Wendy's this morning to get breakfast for myself and my family. I ordered 2 bacon biscuits, 2 sausage biscuits, and a chicken breakfast biscuit. The total came to over $17. When I got home, the chicken biscuit was not in the bag, or the receipt. Never going to Wendy's again.
The food was good except... only got 1/2 the fries.Soda machine out of 70% of the flavors. No straws. No ketchup.
