The customer service at this Wendy’s it is so bad where is the Wendy’s I’ve ever been to besides the other another one they gave raw burger. To these companies no longer care how their workers are working
The staffs did not know about the offers and coupons Wendy's is distributing. 5 staffs were gathered in 1 corner and God knows what they were talking about. They were not bothered at all that at least 5 customers were waiting in the line. I waited from 8.10 pm to 8.25 pm and came out empty handed. If possible, I would rate 0
The managers of this place should hire people of greater capacity and who have a good education and treat customers better and that the orders are better because they deliver them badly, always missing something and when you go to look for the ones that are missing, they look at you with bad face as if you were the wrong one and the bad work is theirs, I know that anyone has a difficult day but they do not have to treat people badly because their day was horrible if they do not feel like working they should not go, you have to Hire people who are more willing to work so that they can treat customers better because the customers are not to blame for the rudeness of the workers there. There was only one person who treated me well when I returned for my order. A tall man or girl Trans who spoke little Spanish and that gentleman ordered them to carry out the missing order with good form despite how indignant I was, I hope they can educate their workers that when they have a horrible day they do not mistreat have the customer because the customer only buys and leaves thanks
I wish I could give them a 0 but I don't have that option...So I placed an online order to pick up drive-Thru, after making the line for over 20-25 mints and I finally reach my turn...The guy tells me in a very nasty way that I have to pick it up inside...I patiently and nicely suggested that they should some how inform customers of it via app or somehow...They guys talks overme all that time and tells me we don't need to do anything you come inside and that's it....I was so surprised to be treated that way...When I go inside there's a very nice young girl at the front I told her my name and asked her for my order, on top of that after being treated mints ago I requested to speak to a manager...Turns out the manager was the person on the drive thru who was literally cursing at me...I couldn't believe it...I strongly recommend everyone not to go there...I understand he was probably having a bad day but what a poor customer service no manners AT ALL ????
Don't ever go here. Bad attitudes across the board from the manager. This big lady doesn't appear to care about her job, moves super slow and ignores customers/Uber Orders. I went there because I did an Uber Order on 5/26/22 at 8:30pm. I told her I was picking up and she ignores me as she gets other orders ready. My Uber order sat there for 6 minutes. Finally had to go behind counter to read the ticket and get it myself. I told her the issue, that this order had sat there for 6 minutes and she said not to hollar at her. All I did was state the issue. Hoping I never deal with this nightime manager again!
If I could give no stars I would the bacon on my fries looks like it’s was from the bottom of the pan. They should be embarrassed for serving this food. Makes me want to call the health department on them
la verdad cuando entras te sientes un poco perdido porque el restaurante es muy pequeño y no hay nadie que atienda tu.mismo organizas tus pedidos en las maquinas, tu pagas y todo, debería al menos haber una persona para ayudar con los pedidos! y no es que sea una muy complicado, pero si llega gente que se siente perdida!
Ok I know you may have had your reservations about this location but let me tell you this the food is always fresh and hot, it is a clean dining room which is open til 7am-5pm they are short staffed so be understanding some people are doing the work of 2 or 3 people like the trans girl at the register just to have the dining room open. Come try this location again but try the dining room bathrooms are always maintained and clean.
Service is horrible!!! Workers don’t acknowledge you. Sitting here in the drive through and nobody is speaking. Saying hello and all I get is one moment followed by extended periods of silence. Worker was on phone when I pulled up. This place needs to be managed better!
Believe all the 1 star reviews because this Wendy's went down the crapper. I was going to this Wendy's since it first opened and the food and service used to amazing! But like all great things, they'll eventually come to an end. Every single time I go to this Wendy's the drive thru line is always long and your wait is literally 15-20 minutes. I used to think it was that people can't decide between chicken or burgers but no it's the staff taking there sweet time answering the drive thru. They will leave you there waiting and if you dare say anything like 'hello' you're instantly greeted with a rude sounding "WAIT" or "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". The best part is when you go to pay.. You're greeted by a guy whose more interested in his phone than working and stares at you like you got snakes crawling out of your eyes. Unfriendly and provides no receipt. Then when actually getting your food! They have one person basically doing everything while another employee was fighting with a customer saying "she was going to slap them". The food is 50% of the time cold, burnt, dried out or wrong. The best part is that when they do hire friendly hard working people.. They're gone in a week and the same problem staff is still there!! Do the managers or owners just not care or notice this? It's sad because this used to be a great fast food place to go to and now it's no better than all the other places. I can't review the inside because majority of the time it's locked.
