I have been a good customer of Three Palms for years. Their pastries and croquettes are excellent. Unfortunately, their service dooms them, both on site and for delivery. Twice we ordered delivery and items were missing or the wrong items were sent. When we called to inform them, they didn't offer to correct anything, but told us they are refunding us. No apology, no offer to correct the order. Each and every time I have placed an order (either on their website or over the phone) with a specific pick-up time, it entails a 10-15 minute wait for attention (the girls that work there are usually chatting among themselves while the customer line keeps growing) and when they finally acknowledge you, they are in a foul mood and make it obvious that you are interfering with their social life and that you are a bother. Their attitude is beyond rude and it gets worse when they realize it is a large preorder that is not ready and they have to go to the kitchen and have it put together! This last incident drew the line. I ordered on their website for pickup the following morning. I received a confirmation that they had received my order and I received a confirmation from my credit card company that the charge had been approved for payment. When I arrived at the appointed time and date, I waited for almost 10 minutes (I was the only one at the pick up window) to be acknowledged. The girl told me she didn't have my order. I showed her the confirmation and she disappeared. 10 minutes later another lady came to the window and again told me she didn't have my order. I again showed her the confirmation and she showed me her tablet with a bunch of Uber eats orders. I told her I had ordered off her website and not Uber eats...she insisted she had never received my order and would have to charge me again if I wanted the items, which I did. I asked for the manager and was ignored. 15 minutes later, the same lady appeared with my order and I asked her for the manager - she told me she was the manager. I again showed her the confirmation and she insisted I had to pay again and that I would have to contact my credit card company to cancel the first payment. This morning, the online payment for the order I never received was posted to my cc account. I have initiated a dispute out of principle and Three Palms has lost this customer.
Food was good but pork chunks where a bit cold as was coffee service was ok my server was a young kid running up and down restaurant good job though.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in they didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when another guest walked in they acknowledged her. It was definitely because the color of my skin. I literally waited 25 minutes and after then I just walked out. Definitely poor customer service.
When I don't tip it's for a reason, so I'm very upset when people auto tip themselves. It's just theft.
Breakfast was good. I had the cubed steak, home fries and scrambled eggs with a coffee and that wonderful Cuban toast. I wish they hadn't used so much vinegar for the steak though. That flavor was a turn off. I wish they served grits because that was what I truly wanted. The service was great.
Very good breakfast and cheap prices. Seems like there were a lot of locals eating here . We enjoyed the food and staff was very friendly! We are planning to return tomorrow since the food was so good and the place was very clean!
Love this place. You can have breakfast for less than $5. Staff is great and coffee will most definitely wake you up.
My breakfast was the cubed steak with scrambled eggs and home fries, Cuban toast and coffee. I wish they hadn't used so much vinegar on the steak. It was very overwhelming but I ate it. They need to add grits to their menu.
What a disgusting place, waiting time for food its forever and on top of that they don't speak English and disrespect they clients, I will never go that place and you should do the same if you don't want to be standing there waiting for the food forever.
I've lived near this restaurant, love its food and go there or order frequently. We have noticed decreasing quality and quantity since the pandemic. When the pork is not on the menu of daily Specials, it is reheated, over-salted, and dry. Our latest order of the famous Cuban sandwich "medianoche" saw another deline, this time there was just half a slice of pork in each half of the sandwich. Please don't let this gem of a place go to ruin!
