We found this to be a good place to stop for a night cap after having dinner at a local restaurant. Incredible ambiance and good service.
Title of review about says it all. This was actually at the bar under the cupula right near the beach at the Diplomat. I wish I knew our server's name. He was Excellent! and mixed up some perfect passionfriut Caipirinhas for us. We stopped in for a cople drinks each as we walked the beach northbound and they were so tasty that we stoped again on our beachwalk back southound later that evening. Yum Yum!!
Great place! Beautiful property. Friendly staff, especially Anna! Very attentive, hard working, non stop all day. She made our stay very pleasant. Wish some of the restaurants were open though and the outside bar.
Anna was absolutely amazing!! She made my friends Miami experience live up to its name.Anna was super friendly and very attentive. Make sure to request her when you want to be poolside facing the beach. Ice ice baby!!!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone ! My fiancé and I booked a 5 day get-away at this location and the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our every need , But one-off the staff members especially Named Anna really made our trip exclusive , she had the best personality and amazing work ethics , we will be visiting this place every year. The Diplomat Resort is our go to when thinking of a vacation .This year it’s our anniversary and Marcellus was so professional,and attentive to our needs for our stay thank you Marcellus you rock!We would go to The Diplomat Resort rain or shine! Beautiful views ,Beautiful private beach,every room we’ve stayed in was spectacular ,oh and we love the pools gosh but more importantly the customer service is above average every time !thank you again our bags are at the door can’t wait to be there !
We took a short weekend getaway. The room was meticulously clean. They gave us an oceanfront room that had an amazing view. We’re so happy they re-opened. Can’t wait for the rest of the restaurants to re-open.
The Diplomat Lobby Bar has an elegant decor, the clientel are usually older gentelman tourist. They are eager to talk about their world accomplishments, not so much about how I think Trump is criminal.
Amazing Pina Colada! Our bartender Eduardo was excellent telling us about the area and suggested Monkitail which is right inside the resort! Great way to start our trip enjoying the fire pits and relaxing outside!
Didn’t like the automatic 20 percent gratuity which also gets taxed on every drink. Turns a15 dollar drink into an almost 20 dollar drink even if service is slow or drink poorly made.
