Had a horrible experience at this restaurant, ordered a quessadilla with no Pico & no guacamole because I'm allergic to them eat first half it was fine 2nd was full of guacamole didn't notice it till I was more than half way done, & I was already starting to get an upset stomach. I let the waitress know what had happened and her response was I'm sorry that's the chfe fault ? very disappointing, Definitely will not be back nor will I recommend it
Just flew in from out of state and my friend and I were so excited to find a restaurant that was close to our hotel, and open late. When we got there, we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us and then we finally ordered. Our waitress “forgot” that we ordered food and drinks (mind you, we were sitting at the bar) and she was talking up a storm to everyone else but us. Completely ignoring us. We had to ask several other waitresses for our things and they actually had to tell our waitress that we were waiting so long. Finally after 30 minutes after ordering, we finally got our drinks after everyone else got served. After we got our checks, which took another 30 minutes after asking someone else again, our waitress literally asked why we weren’t tipping. I’m dumbfounded that she asked why we weren’t tipping. I’ve never not tipped EVER, but this service was HORRIBLE. Needless to say, this was a horrible start to our vacation we will never be coming back. 0 stars if I could.
I was so excited to find a taco place in Hollywood open until 4 am. I would give this place zero stars if I could. WORST customer service EVER. I will NOT be returning. The waitress had to be reminded multiple times to serve us. She was too busy flirting with someone at a different table. Once we paid and did not tip her (which I have never not tipped someone ever before) she said “no service charge????” I would have given her a negative tip if possible. So disappointing. The only reason I’m not horribly upset was because the beans and rice were amazing.
Personally…I went here because the place across the street was closed but this place is pretty good. Nachos were so good, amazing. I’d definitely go again. I don’t know what everyone else is talking about lol, these reviews are nothing like what I experienced.
Went to the restaurant to eat with my significant other, & When we received the food it was missing an ingredient we ordered & included a ingredient we didn’t want. The disrespectful part came when the waitress literally argued back & forth that we were wrong. Never experienced such disrespect from something simple. I let it be paid my tab & she tried placing 22% tip automatically which I had to ask for the machine to change to no tip. Won’t be returning. Thanks for being disrespectful you made it so easy.

2 stars for the food3 stars for having food available for delivery after 1 am.Thee most mediocre Mexican food I've probably ever had in my life. 54$ for 3 shrimp tacos, an arrochera burrito and chicken soup. The sides of rice and beans were absolutely laughable. Rice & beans in a sauce cup. A bit pitiful
The place itself was good, not great since you get the vibe that you’re eating in a strip club instead of a restaurant but now the food was amazing.The parking was a hassle since you’ll need a special app obviously with a card and money attached to it park there or else you’ll get a ticket for sure ( parking authorities are all over the place )
Ordered 2 burritos, wings and friesThey auto added $10 tip to the bill. I was told I had to “pay for their service”. I told her it should be up to me to tip what I feel is appropriate. She said if you don’t want to pay the tip then don’t come back. This taco place will never see us again.
Michelle was very sweet, professional and friendly! To top everything off, she made absolutely delicious drinks. Thanks so much for the amazing customer service, we’ll definitely be back
