Most ghetto, low class tacobell i have ever been to. Every time there is a problem. The employees are not helpful. Avoid this place and go to another tacobell.
Decent food but very slow. Covid cost them 1 star. Expect higher prices & much longer waits at most food places now.
The service is hit or miss here. The food was just gross! I opened up the Chicken Casadea and it made my stomach churn from the burnt smell! We ordered 6 drinks not sure why they were so low in the cups we were told "they shrink" say they have no cup holders. Ok can I have a bag for them .... We don't have any.....??? They put my food in a paper bag but they don't have any. Yeah that's the kind of thing that happens here a lot. I've stopped coming to this one and go to the one on University by Pines Blvd they are slow but the food is correct and I haven't had these issues. Total disappointment here. Last strike for me, no more chances. Won't return! Picture is my drink the right is their stock photo ? not really the same are they! Pitiful.
It's gotten worse recently, there was a reason I left and I should have stayed away.They always mess up orders, I ordered black bean everything, I get steak.Few months ago I got a roach in my coffee, never get anything sweet here.
Fast food indeed...an associate took my order nice tone of voice ,polite he thanks me...went to the pick up window and in less than 2 minutes I had my food hot and accurate.... the associate was not wearing a name tag!. But I want to congratulate them(the whole entire shift) for made my experience a lovely one.
I was inside waiting for so much longer than the the drive thru line. I actually counted 8 cars was attended while I had ordered. I even told them that next time I wanted to eat there I'd go through outside than walk inside and sit down ?
Don’t bother coming here. Drive up the street to the one that’s a mile or so away, trust me. I’ve always had issues here and the staff is consistently rude and nothing but teenagers. I’m not expecting five star service by any means it’s a Taco Bell but it’s always dirty on the inside and half the time my order is wrong. The last time I tried to dine in the staff members were literally making fun of people that they saw outside while on shift. I didn’t see one manager correct that action or say anything. I’m sure the second I walked out they were making fun of me too because I said something. This location might as well shut it down it’s old dirty and there’s plenty of other Taco Bell‘s close by.
Why close the dining room so early? It's only 7:30pm. Then the employees come talking to you thru the glass like lil chimpanzees. Places like this shouldn't be allowed to accept GrubHub orders. Instead of picking up the food, you have to wait in the drive thru for people who haven't ordered yet. It sorta defeats the purpose of online ordering.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo with a soft taco instead hard shell and a burrito supreme well they forgot the burrito supreme and no napkins and no sauce . When I repeated several time my order .
In visiting those Taco Bell for years ever since it’s been placed in the community. Never in my life have I had a taco put together like this the packaging was not placed properly food fell into my bag and when I bit into the Taco it literally taste old and had a bad aftertaste. Truly disappointed and I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge this is ridiculous.
