The young people there are so disrespectful. They play so much. On Sunday July 17 2022 between 2:45 -3:30 pm I asked a coworker is there a cashier after waiting for 5 minutes. she tells me No!!! I could not believe it. I left then i call there to ask for a manager and the young lady handed the phone to the manager and i hear her giggling very loud. I asked the manager for the corporate number to call to make a complaint and he says there isnt a corporate number. I said oh yes there i will find it on the internet. Wow!!! i hate to go in restaurants where people are ignorant. Makes my flesh crawl, never will i go there again and im going to telll my family on face book to.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Had to wait forever for a mobile order they have a line full of customers they continuously walk by and don’t acknowledge. To top it off when i finally got my Mexican pizza i didn’t have a fork in the bag and had to wait another 5 minutes because they ignore u just to tell me they don’t have any forks! Nasty attitude from the trailer trash who i suppose is the manager!

I live just down the street and everytime I come to this Taco bell there's always an issue... go ahead and order what you want but your'e not going to get what you order...and they always mess the order up. And not only that, the tacos are so messy and super soggy...and tonight I waited 30 mins in line and when we finally arrived at the window the reason why it took so long...the guys attitude felt like he didn't want to be there...plus didn't get the steak quesadilla I specifically ordered on line...I wish 0 stars existed for this.

The service inside this Taco is disgusting! My self plus other customers has been behind the counter WAITING more than 5 min to get service. And the little girl back there making the food is smiling and SEES us standing there waiting to be taking care of ..still no one is acknowledging us. POOR POOR SERVICE. The soda machine isn’t even producing the soda correctly and I’m not even going to tell them because they wont even acknowledge us so. VERY DISGUSTING

Taco Bell for the third time was disappointing to me !why I'm glad u asked: Three times Sence the pandemick I ordered my usual a Burrito Supreme and a chulapa and they were small and unsatisfing. I will avoid my favorite !!!!

35 minutes waiting in drive thru with only three cars in front then they give you an attitude when you tell them they got your order wrong lol

Thankfully I didn’t get the chance to waste my money or time but when I pulled up after 7 one of the staff was rushing to get inside because she was obviously late and I say this because the website says they open at 7 and when I pull up to the drive through they don’t acknowledge me which is poor customer service and I would know I’m certified in customer service the bare minimum is to let me know they’re closed and when I call the store which at least she answered she said they were closed and when I asked what time do they open because the website said 7, didn’t even give me a real time she said it was at 8 something which was not helpful at all because that could mean 8-8:30 which is a huge time gap. Like those were her words and that they started this last week. It’s a very simple question. If that’s true update the hours and stop wasting everybody’s time like how hard is it?

Came here with a mobile order for pick up in drive thru. I had to wait atleast 30-40 minutes in the line with only 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window the older lady working at the window tells me to go inside because mobile orders are at the parking spot and for inside and refused to just give me my order at mobile order unless I go inside. It makes no sense, i don’t know how many brain cells you need to work at Taco Bell but apparently none.

beware of this taco bell. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. first red flag, i asked for a drink where they ran out of and in the middle of ordering i was abruptly cut off "WE DONT HAVE NO MOE"... okay fine, i let it pass. now onto the real issue: I had purposely given the girl with the bun and twist $7 cash & wanted to pay the rest on my card. I did not want to pay the full amount clearly. i got a notification from my bank showing the full amount had been charged on my card & she also took my $7 cash. I asked if she had charged the full amount she said "no". i then said "you didnt use the cash" she said "i did use the cash"... i asked for my reciept & it seemed as if she didnt want to give it to me.... i asked again & then she finally gave it to me proving that she only input .6 cents. idk if she was trying to steal my money or what but that is unexpectable. someone like that should not be handling cash. she also mumbled under her breath that shes dealing with a "b**** customer". ill be that.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Worst taco bell I have ever been toThey give you whatever they want not what you order. Horrible service the manager has an attitude becausebyou tell her that's not what you ordered. STAY AWAY.......
