Please go to another location! Made a pickup order but my order was nowhere to be found so i had to ask the staff for it since my app showed it was ready. Staff said they couldn’t find it and that meant i had already picked it up. When i said i had not picked it up and had just arrived, the staff said to my face that i was lying and must have taken it already and that they couldn’t even find the order in their system. I confirmed the order number and location with them but they continued for 30 minutes to tell me i was lying and refused to make my order. A manager stepped up and asked for my order to be remade but one of the staff members refused. I had to go back to my car and park in their drive thru in order to receive an order I paid for which was unbelievable. Only reason I got my food was because they didn’t want their drive thru to get a long line with no movement. Asked to be contacted about this by taco bell but they never got back to me which isn’t surprising.

Nasty attitude from the manager, I asked for two beef chalupa boxes, when I noticed they had put chicken in them I went right back and because I didn't have the food or receipt she wouldn't own up to their mistake and made me pay for two more boxes. Not only that but the tacos that came in the box were soggy and looked like someone smashed them. Also the chalupa was burnt. Do not go to this Taco Bell it's worth the drive to go to a different one.

Waited over 40 minutes for our food. They would not come to the counter to talk to us and i asked for silverware and the workers just looked away. Bathroom was flooded and smelled like sewage. The staff was overall terrible and rude!!!! Dropped food off the counter and put it back into the container!!!! Serve safe would not approve of this one.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been at. When I arrived at 10:40pm, there were 10 people waiting inside and 7 cars outside. I left at 11:50pm. People had been waiting for 40 minutes just to not even get the right order. When we got our order, we checked and saw they haven’t even given us half of what we ordered. Furthermore, the workers were all upset and complaining about time and how other coworkers were irresponsible. Worst experience ever

I ordered a 12pc Taco party pack 2 around 10 something pm 2 was crunchy tacos the rest where soft. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt the drive through was empty and I was the only one in the drive thru but I had to wait awhile before receiving my order. When I finally got home which I live about 6-10 mins away I shared out three soft tacos and my daughter ate one crunchy we both immediately said why are they so greasy/oily I tried calling the store but EVERYTIME we called they would answer and act is if they couldn’t hear us and hang up the phone I called about three times before finally getting fed up and drove back to the store everyone from the previous shift was leaving and we were back in the drive through waiting in an even longer line at this time the lobby is closed finally we get to the speaker and explain the situation the new cashier gets smart with us saying how are the tacos wet they don’t even have water then says to us it’s only 6 in the bag we should’ve brought allOf them back after I explained to her out of the 6 that we’re eaten already two was crunchy tacos which was perfectly fine and the other 4 I shared out toMy kids and boyfriend which all said the same thing about the soft tacos being wet and refuse to eat another one. Then I ask for a receipt to express my concerns through a survey and she tells me the stem is not working for her to give me a receipt just a bunch of bs and aggravation with this store this is my second time having an incident with this store their staff has no good customer service at all

I gave 1 star to be able to post this review save your money and time, this place is a joke, nobody cares. Place is dirty, trash over filled, sticky floor, and they won't take your order. You have to do it yourself, did not know I was a employee. White girl at register is an Air head, waste of life, can't even fill my drink (keep up the bad job), when the machines were not working. When I spoke up some Uber driver tried to play hero, we all know how that works for the hero in the long run, not good. Order took over 30 minutes, really last time coming here. Save yourself the headache go elsewere. Nothing but parasites that work there.

I'm giving this place one star because I'm very disappointed with the food that I received from here which is barely anything that we ordered. I understand that its late at night when we got our food delivered...but at least make sure that everything in the order was there and correct. We didn't get any of the drinks that we ordered, a quarter of the meal that we ordered, and what we got wasn't even right. Usually when we order from taco bell we get what we ordered, including the drinks...unfortunately I will not be ordering from this taco bell any time soon

This taco bell is absolutely horrible in regard to night staff. It’s approximately 2:00 am, and I understand it’s late. It’s a friday night, we spoke with a male and a female and they both were so rude. No hospitality what so ever, would not help us. They messed up our order completely and then told us we had to pay for their mistake, instead of just fixing it. They need to do a serious rehire, or train their staff better in hospitality skills.

One star is giving this place way too much credit. My wife and I ordered 30 dollars worth of food from DoorDash only to receive maybe a quarter of the items we paid for, and the items we did receive were incorrect almost two hours later (our delivery person waited for our food for almost 45 minutes)We called the restaurant and spoke to a manager named Stephanie who barely seemed interested in our issue, but eventually gave us her personal phone number and promised to replace the entire order for the trouble. The following day, we make a two hour bus trip (we are not local, just passing through) to have our issue resolved, to no avail. After about 20 minutes of going back and forth with a crew member who already seemed annoyed that we had the audacity to come to th counter instead of the kiosk, she finally went and got Stephanie from the back, all the while she was insulting us in creole not knowing my wife is fluent in the language. When Stephanie came out, we were called liars while she laughed with the crew member previously mentioned, we were cussed out and told that we wouldn’t even be receiving half of the items that were missing from the original order and made an insulting comment that my “big bodied” wife didn’t even need the food, as she put it. My wife is pregnant, and we just wanted what was paid for and then promised to us. This is absolutely ridiculous. Get better managers, get better staff. The people you have here aren’t even capable of wiping down the dozen tables that had food and drink residue all over them, and most certainly not capable of fulfilling guest satisfaction or even the basic skill of reading a ticket and packing an order. Don’t mess with peoples time, money, food or try to insult their intelligence, because I promise, you will lose. We will be Pursuing this with corporate.
