The service was okay. What irritated me was the cashier selected a 20% tips for me and I didn’t notice that. So please watch out.
The employee “Maria” is the worst manager I have ever dealt with in customer service. She was very rude and literally Hung up on me. I made an online order for a store that closes at 9pm to arrive at 8:10pm for it to be closed. I called the next day to get a refund only to get hung up on by Maria and told there’s nothing she can do even though she’s a manager and has access to do a refund. Just pure laziness. I’m going from being a weekly regular to never coming to this establishment again.

They are allowing customers to come in and order without masks. Not a safe environment or a responsible way to do business during a pandemic. The guy infront of me had no mask on and even sneezed while in line.
The lady was friendly and there is a t.v. to watch while you eat, but this Subway is so stingy on how much they put on my salad. I know they can't overload it and I respect that, but my salad container is half full. I have never heard before that they can only give you so much spinach. I definitely did not get my money's worth here and I will have to pass on coming to this location again.
After paying for a large fountain soda the soda without and rather than refilling it I was told to take a 20 oz bottle out of the fridge. No thanks. Workbench was very dirty store was dirty this gentleman behind the Counter had his pants halfway down with his entire but hanging out. Asked me for my order twice and could remember it and still made it wrong. Just an unpleasant experience all the way around with him joking with the other employee another saw the wall. I could do without the distractions of his cell phone in his hand at the counter and him talking to the person is on the wall instead of getting my order straight. It was doing my bill with a calculator supposedly because the person behind him did not do the Castro or. I wasn't gonna wait way try to figure out what to get me back when I couldn't get my soda so I just left. I got an extra 3 bucks and change out of me. Whatever I don't think I'll be going back a my tell all my friends not to go there as well.
