They seem a bit under staffed but the food is fresh and the staff are friendly and fast.
Had just opened. Cookies were fresh. Woman at the counter was extremely pleasant.
So I work from home and really don’t have time to go and grab lunch on a 30 minute break and i wanted something different from what I already have home so I go to subway app and place my order for a foot long Black Forest ham sub extra Mayo and yellow mustard I love how they catered to their customers craving, the sub was fresh and toasted just perfect I was truly satisfied with my order the only issue I have is that when you put leave at door and contactless delivery the drivers are not seeing it on their end it tell them to call and because I’m on the phones it’s an inconvenience and most of the drivers don’t understand English so when you tell them on the phone to leave at the door they still knock and knock that really gets me because my clients can hear the continues knocking and if you don’t answer they’ll try leaving with your order instead of leaving it. The sub is generally about almost $8 by itself but with delivery comes out to $14 if you have rewards you’ll save $2
Nancy who just returned back to work was so terrific and beautiful smile made a terrific sandwich I'm glad that I visited that particular location my first time very very nice employee
This location has the worst service ever..The manager is one of the nastiest disrespectful unprofessional personel I have ever encountered here.. Sloppy sandwich dirty countertop sticky floors ants and debri all over where my sandwich was being made..Use of a cellphone while making my sandwich not changing gloves while handling my food .No type of customer service what so ever her vulgar conversation with someone on phone while making food, not cleaning knife in between customers and if you try to address her or ask her anything she is very hostile and tells you you can go elsewhere

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in to purchase a sandwich. The “Store Manager,” Shanice or whatever her name was super rude!She started yelling that I needed to have a mask on. So I asked her does she has one that she can provide, I was willing to purchase one. Nevertheless she stated that the owner wants her to enforce this one. Which is completely understandable.But it’s not what she said, it’s how she said it. I asked her why don’t they provide masks, she stated that the owner does not want to purchase them. The entire time she spent yelling and being completely irate, I could have easily purchased my sub and been on my way. The owner clearly does not have good judgment in who she allows to run her place of business.Great customer service goes a very long way. This young lady needs to be trained on how she addresses her customers.
Employee on the Phone continuous and no interested in order.... She is very rude behavior person... She is only interested in phone call with his Boy Friend.... Time is 11:25 PM and Date 02/25/2022 so boss can check camera. She denied for bathroom also for sugar problem Guy....
The customer service in the morning is terrible, they don't have things ready on time and they never open at the time their schedules say
