This place has been here for many many years I belive since the 60's it has always been family owned and belive me when I tell you it will not disappoint you. They have in my opinion one of the best places in Broward County to have yourself a fresh delicious Authentic sub in the area it is by far my favorite place to have one they also have great tasting cookies. Staff is very friendly and all the food is very fresh you won't be disappointed you can call ahead or order online as well.
I have been going to the Sub Center for almost 22 years now, solely for the Cheese Steak Sub. Tonight's experience was not by far, what I anticipated!Too much conversation and joking rather than focusing on the Customers. The floor behind the counter was full of litter and plastic gloves which one of the employees slipped on. The biggest disappointment was the BREAD and sub roll, have you changed Vendors? I really like this place and promote it whenever I have the chance. I really hope that Management will address this situation.
Love this place, unfortunately, my last visit wasn't so pleasant. As I was walking out of the place saw a small dead roach outside... then my son took a bite from the sub and a fruit fly flew out of the sandwich or wrapper, not quite sure but it came from the sub. I've never had an issue before, but I always overlook the status of their kitchen. Will not be coming back, and hope management does some renovating of the place... it could you a revamp. Respectfully.
I've been going to this place for years and they still have the best and freshest food around. I love it.
Ordered and paid for the food online. Waited in line regardless. Went to the register to get my food and before I could tell the lady at the register that’s what I was there for. She walks away and says “she can wait all day she wasn’t next in line” then proceeded to ignore me. I walked out and heard her laughing at me. My husband walked in and got the food in less than 5 minutes. Incredibly rude. If she had just asked me what I was there for she would have realized it would had taken a second of her time. Instead she let me stand there while she fumbled with napkins and cookies. And then walked away before I could get a word out.
Was one of my favorite spots but the behavior of their female employee towards me because She didn’t start off making my sandwich the way I asked. Restaurant/fast food workers amaze me with these attitudes. I won’t be coming there any more. Because the principle of the matter
For the second time I had less meat in my Philly cheese steak sub. I am not sure when the price went up the amount of meat went down or it was just a mistake and someone else got more on there sub. I know they are always busy but it could be a cleaner
Enjoyed an amazing tuna salad. ? Not only was it fresh and tasty. Even though they were busy, made perfectly and courteously!!!
I've been going to Sub Center Hollywood for well over 20 years. I even ate at the one that was in Hialeah MANY MANY moons ago. This has always been my favorite place to get a Steak Bomb! Unfortunately, I moved out of the area couple years ago and hadn't been back till today. Although, the food still tastes amazing as I remembered and the staff are still the same friendly people from before I did notice that the portion of beef/steak was smaller on the large sub than what I remember. Granted i understand COVID gets blamed for everything now a days and inflation for the rest of it. But a $14 sub kinda should've stayed the same. Maybe it was a one off, maybe it just happened, but being this is the only issue I've ever had there in 20+ years. I STILL give it 5 stars and will continue to go back whenever I can... Keep up the great sandwiches!!!!
I had the Tuna sub. The tuna is made in-house which is a plus. Place your order via phone or online and it will be ready in 30 mins. It’s very busy so that’s always a good sign
