Best service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The supervisor shaina white very good customer service, called because I went to the wrong Starbucks for my order and she was very helpful in resolving the issue. Due to how long I took because of going to wrong shop, my drink sat a while. She offered to remake it again . She greeted me when I came in. Overall my experience today was great!! We need more people like her !! ?
Honestly, I’ve never had a bad Starbucks drink & this one I got after asking for it to be sweet is super bitter . Have better hospitality! Highly dissatisfied an disappointed

I love Starbucks coffee. This is my first time visiting this location in Pembroke pines. The employees are amazing. They have everything in place. Everyone works together. I was surprised not to have to wait a while for my order. It was fast. I will be returning. Everything was exactly the way I ordered it.
Fast ,clean and super friendly, I love ? to go to this location in particular ,Because they always make my drinks right and my sandwiches are always hot and delicious, highly recommended.

I came to the store after driving here 15 min the door is closed and an employee blocking the drive thru. They are closed and stating they don’t have staff to work this is a joke. She would let me be the last one on the line and I arrived before and tried to get in. This is so unprofessional ??

I am very unhappy with the service of this location. One of my favorite items on the menu is the lemon loaf slice, which is always sold out.Today, Friday December 10, I called the location 2 times to make sure that they had the lemon slices available- I was told that it was. Although, it stated on the website- Unavailable. I get to the menu ordered 2 slices Only to be told that the cake is not available and it is completely FROZEN!I had to unfortunately wait in line, in order to leave - wait a waste if tome. But never again.My job is down the street on Sheridan Street but more than likely I will start visiting another Starbucks location.
